kind of surprised he didn't mention the fact Disney made a lil fuss about the brother being 'gay' but in the movie it's as minimal as possible, likely so they could easily edit for selling to the big homophobic markets like Russia and China. And the character is played by an annoying straight british comedian anyways. Kinda like like James Corden (also an annoying straight british comedian) who played a very camp gay person in the recent movie The Prom. Point is Disney (and Marvel) still not doing much about LGBTQ+ represenation whereas you got DC's Arrowverse have had many characters in their shows even leading them, and has the first trans superhero played by trans Nicole Maines to a mostly positive response. Anyways sorry not here to rant about representation but just did find it a lil odd Ryan didn't make an amusing comment about that in this movie when it continues Disney's trend of doing the absolute bare minimum for LGBTQ+. But then the script itself does the bare minimum of being an adventure movie by just ripping off chunks from Pirates and The Mummy as stated. :P
Ryan George just seems like he's a Gem of a person
I like how Ryan is still using "Jellicle" after Cats, just cause.
Edit: It was at 6:23
Well that and cause that’s the plot of CATS. The entire time every cat wants to be chosen so they can die and be reborn into a better life
Yes Frank and the main cursed guy were like adopted brothers (Frank being adopted into the family)
Pitch meeting🔥🔥🔥🔥
that darkseid shirt is straight fire🔥🔥
I liked the movie but yeah it does have some similarities to Pirates Of The Caribbean and The Mummy.
