This is far more important than it sounds on its first listen. Especially great content for Fi users, but truly useful for everyone. Big thanks from this INTJ who has a mind that often goes WAAAYYY too far into the weeds when I "see a bumper sticker".

good philosophy, I would also add that many opinions we have are always influenced by other people or by our past self, if someone we like has an opinion we tend to move towards that line of thought, and vice-versa for who we don't like, and often we reject our past opinions because we were once immersed in an opposite environment and people than what we are in now embracing opposite views. Understanding that opinions are impermanent like most things (if not everything) and especially our thoughts, is the key to not taking them too seriously. But that's just my opinion 😄
