This spoke to me! God has been talking to me and I had to make a hard decision to leave a 4 year relationship that produced a child. When they talked about staying on the same path instead of going backwards out of fear only results in devastation for you. God reassures me everyday I’m so many ways that I made the right decision and obeyed Him. Y’all have some great and relatable advice here. 2022 my year of BIG life changes! 🙏🏾

My last 5 year toxic relationship ended August 2017 i believe I’m ready to date again now, but i said the same thing IM DONE. It takes time. So now i choose to wait til marriage to have sex. Just do what’s best for you. You’ll open up again

I just found you guys today after a few days of, for reasons I'm not really sure of considering I'm not even Christian, watching really toxic Christian videos about relationships and waiting til marriage, etc; and I have to say you guys are really refreshing! I think you've made some really good points and have a really healthy approach to this topic. You're not judgy or preachy or presenting your way as the only worthy and correct way. I like how you made it clear that although YOU guys committed to waiting til marriage, it's important to just wait, period, for the amount of time you need to know that this person is right for you, versus you MUST wait until marriage because that's what God says and if you don't then you're this or that negative thing. I think you can definitely appeal to a much broader audience this way which is great because you guys have some really solid advice! The only thing I had a bit of an issue with is when he said that there comes a point where it's your fault things are bad if you keep accepting the bad things, and the reason I have an issue with it is because although there is some truth to it, you have to also remember that there also are some very unhealthy abusive relationships where manipulation is taking place and other bad things and a lot of times it's not easy for someone to leave a situation like that for a variety of reasons, so I think it's important to remember that and be compassionate of victims of domestic abuse/ violence and not come across as victim blaming. Otherwise, great job you guys! I wish your relationship lots of success and happiness and I'll probably continue to check out your videos 😘

Let's say that he kept making the same mistakes in the relationship. We spoke on them multiple times and they just didn't improve enough for me to be satisfied with them. I take fair share of the blame but ultimately it was him that wasn't willing to change those bad habits. I realized that after a year it was long enough so I broke up with him. After realizing the gravity of the situation and seeing that we will no longer be together, He swore to me, gave his word, that those things I asked of him: more affection, supportive, more open with his emotions, don't disagree on everything, and just get along with. He would do those things, he said realization made him understand what he was throwing away. Would you trust such a change or what, what are your thoughts?

As I say before in one of your videos I don't believe in changing ppl unless it's a bad negative personality that can be fit. Having a woman or man that have God's characteristics should be the Aim for both persons, Yes it maybe one or two things that have to change like attitude wise in the person but I still believe in loving someone who is willing and trying as U say Bre not the bad ones tho and Red flags is what we should look for all the time.
