its not like that, doctors do it by knowing because for example when a doctor prescribes a medicine for headache and if it cures the patient the next time they get headache they self medicate them which is extremely wrong, human body is extremely complex so for example when a person gets a headache again it might also be because of a brain disease so why to prevent these self medications doctors follow seperate handwriting which can only be read by the doctor and other medical staffs.

Interesting about the "tangles". I had to pause the video and zoom in to see what you meant! Gosh, that's something I've always had a problem with. I'm many decades out of school, but when I was in grade school and learning to handwrite cursive (or print, for that matter), the teachers never talked about how to handle the ascenders and descenders running over top of each other. I figured it was just part of the package of learning how to print or write.
I will pay closer attention to those. 👍🏼

1. when i wrote my exam , i had written it in a way that the impression was seen on the next page...this shows a sharp handwriting...which also fetched me a remark - Good presentation...
2. Sitting straight and writing will actually strain your a neck if table is not upto a level that will be comfortable for your height...

What I learned helps my handwriting be neater is to just practice, slow down, and pay close attention to the lines and spacing of the letters, and focus on staying inside the lines. Being very attentive and focused when writing.
Also making the letters wider helps.
I'm so used to speed typing that when I try to write as fast as I type, my handwriting is nearly illegible. There's no point in rushing to write notes if you can't cipher 50% of it later.
