Okay, first of all great video. Loved it! But I disagree with the last sentiment. Each and every human needs atleast 7-9 hrs of sound sleep to live healthy life. Being sleep deprived would lead to:
1. Anxiety
2. Less focus
3. Less reaction time etc.
So, I just want to say instead of sleeping 6 hrs and waking up early to study. Why not use the time you have in te daytime to its fullest. Also make the hours you study intense. Study Smart not Hard!

More than that is not a healthy sleeping you can take rest in the afternoon after studying but sleeping more than 6-7 hrs is not well ... And remember that's my opinion
@@thewistfulguy Okay, first of all. I respect your opinion and I am not trying to point out anything. But I strongly believe sacrificing sleep for studying isn't right. Obviously have 6-7hrs of sleep on a short term would work. But I wouldn't recommend it a long term strategy. And I also said study smart not hard. So, concentrate 100% while studying and you wouldn't have to study for long hours! 😀
If someone ask me "hey, how many chapters did you finish", I say that I didn't even touch the book.

I never remember songs lyrics or tunes but this one day I heard the BTS song "DNA" .The very next day I had my biology sendup exam,I saw the last question it was 'write difference between DNA & RNA ' and guess what I forgot the most easy question just bcz of Bts DNA 😂
