I didn't realize it until I saw someone else comment about it on a fountain pen video but concentrating on handwriting can induce a state similar to meditation! And just like meditation it helps quiet the mind by focusing you on a single repetitive thing, you can do it anywhere, and it costs nothing. (of course you can fall down the rabbit hole of getting nice paper, fancy pens, etc if you want!) I love finding easily accessible therapeutic coping techniques.

I love writing letters in individual style and I had developed my handwriting while doing it but one of my teachers in the 7th standard forced me to write in cursive letters and while doing it I lost my momentum and now I am in the 10th class struggling with my handwritting 😟. idk why teachers try to change us and they don't want us to be how we are 💔
