And just like meditation it helps quiet the mind by focusing you on a single repetitive thing, you can do it anywhere, and it costs nothing. (of course you can fall down the rabbit hole of getting nice paper, fancy pens, etc if you want!) I love finding easily accessible therapeutic coping techniques.

Since childhood I had a very crappy handwriting. Too bad that even teachers made fun of me. To be honest I never put an effort to improve. Now I'm 33 I don't even write anymore, for ages I have been using computers and gadgets. But handwriting is one thing that I want to improve now. Am I too late? Came here to get an initial push to get started. Nevertheless amazing video. So calming and soothing voice. I'm definitely motivated to improve.
Definitely not...you'd always want to pen yourself down once you have a good handwriting! And trust me, you'd always have that piece of paper in your palm to feel your skill... Good Luck!❤️

I love writing letters in individual style and I had developed my handwriting while doing it but one of my teachers in the 7th standard forced me to write in cursive letters and while doing it I lost my momentum and now I am in the 10th class struggling with my handwritting 😟. idk why teachers try to change us and they don't want us to be how we are 💔
