As I am working for iOS tech support the main issue is with the screen protector, if you have screen protector most of the time the screen protector will be covering the sensors so remove the screen protector and clean the camera and sensor and restart the device and try to set up it will work.

my face id is working after restart or force restar but after som time [idk 30mins or less] face id is not working no alerts are showing and if i reset it and go setting new face id it is not continuing and i need to restart again or force restart

Hi. Actually I have the same issue. It's all working fine then I can see it won't scan my face so I reset my face id and it says face id not available so I updated to 14.7 and it didn't fixed the problem. True tone gone. Siri was not working and the battery drains too fast. Hoping it woukd be fine by ios 15 and nothing happened. The next day after updating siri became fine. Nothing more.
Extremely helpful for diagnosis. Mine had the light sensitivity issue. A few jigs and shakes, bam, somehow FaceID can be set up now and works well. Don't know how long it'll last though...

For some reason the Hard reset It’s not popping up tells me to shut it off automatically because the (EmergencySOS) pops up in the middle. What was the steps I tried volume down volume up and hold power at the same time but it doesn’t shut off automatically

my face id stopped working, i did reset face id, but when I am trying to set it up again, (in the stage of positioning your face within the frame) it never recognizes it and I can't go forward. my true depth camera seems to be working, I did your test and the camera in portrait mode finds my face with ease as well.
