Drunk Spaniard here (yes it's almost 9PM here) and I got to say : you are my favorite FF source with Ron Stewart. The analysis, insights, pace, overall intelligence is refreshing. Big thumbs up and please post more jaja
Personally I think BTJ belongs in the Maye/Rome tier. His Route % should continue to increase and has the highest YPRR. If you don't want to put him there now, I think he will be by EOY :) Great work!
just some feedback for you - your language is very efficient! you dont waste time stammering or using words such as "like" ect. All of your words add to your overall thought without adding fluff.
This bountiful harvest of a rookie class will feed my family for generations. I drafted MHJ, Nabers, Bowers, McCarthy, BTJ, Keon, Brooks, Pearsall, and Legette.
I love the way you look at dynasty, so I had to run back here for another trade question lol! Would you feel comfortable trading away Charbonnet for Tucker Craft and a 25 3rd? It’s a non TE premium league SF/12 team/start 9/ full ppr. I’m most definitely a strong contender, but very TE needy as they are Okonkwo, Musgrave, Erick All l, Stover. My other RB’s are Gibbs, Achane, Rico, Warren, Bigsby, McLaughlin, Tracy, E Wilson, Guerendo. Any help is appreciated!
I drafted JD5 with my 1.03 and BTJ at 1.11. I traded for Nabers, but gave away a lot for him (rashee, addison, and a potential late 2025 1st) but happy I did cuz he is a stud. I also drafted Coleman with my 1.12, but I’m hoping to trade him away in a package to get another stud WR.
I think you made the right call with acquiring Malik. The Rice sale seems harsh right now, but I don't know man - his route tree and usage seems so niche and unsustainable. And maybe when Kelce retires he will be used more downfield, but if his YAC efficiency drops at all we're looking at a career guy like Jarvis Landry with a pretty limited ceiling who would be just an above average player on a worse team. And he will def. be suspended for a least some portion of next season, which is worth something to consider because even in a long dynasty career missing 2-4 games (or more) in a season before possibly an other injury missed games is a substantial part of a players career percentage wise. What If Rice only plays 100 career games? And 4 or more of those missed games are in the heart of his prime? That's possibly 10-15% of his lifetime potential production on your roster that's just gone. I like the deal. Nabers is a stud and a way better player than Rice, overall. Who knows - maybe Nabers signs his second deal with Mahomes and KC and Rice is irrelevant in 3 years.
Gadaaaaaam that's a big boy buy. Honestly I like it It's a lot for sure but fuck it, Nabers is such a stud, he may end up as the WR1 by the season's end. Never regret these buys, there are what makes FF fun
@@julianlannoy808 well the league im in sucks. Everyone values their players super high and they want a huge return on them. But still glad I made the trade. I thought rashee wouldve been suspended thats why I traded him lol, but hes having a great year.
I’m looking at offering Mahomes for Jayden Daniels straight up in a dynasty league on a competing roster (#1 in PF, #1 in Max PF) it feels so wrong, but I feel Daniels gives me a better shot at winning this year and then there’s the bright future aspect as well. Am I off base?
@@chasebeal-sharp383 with the uncertainty around Rice's injury right now, I'd say it's a coinflip between Waddle and Rice. I'd consider Waddle the safer asset to hold though.
I’ve been in a full tear down since watching your video on value of picks for the orphan I took over. I’m at the point where I have Lamar, DJ Moore, Darnold, 9 first round picks in next 2 years, and the rest are flyers. I’ve been able to convert players to picks in a way I’m happy with. Interest to see how you would most efficiently convert those picks to players?
Rookie picks typically have the most value right before or during the rookie draft, so I'd be aggressive about shopping them around that time. As far as players to acquire, you'll want to layer in rookies, proven young players, and reliable veteran producers.
Since we are trying to standardize picks' value, calling them Base 1sts and 2nds, what would 1.5 Base 1sts even amount to? Is there a more practical way to talk about that? A Base 1st and an Early 2nd? A Base 1st and 2 Base 2nds? It's just funny that we try and make these things more generalizable but it ends up just as obfuscated haha

I’d be trading away my Caleb Williams and my 2025 1st for JJ McCarthy, 2025 2nd, and DeVonta Smith. This is a SF 12 team start 9 full PPR league. Also for context my other WR’s are Chase, Rashee, Olave, London (starters) C Watson, M Wilson, Downs, Mingo (bench) we can start up to 5 WR’s with that 5th WR spot being the superflex. So DeVonta wouldn’t necessarily be 100% needed but would obviously help ALOT with depth/injuries.
@@nathanthompson8666 not really. If he plays well enough all season that it’s even a consideration, some team is going to give him $30 million a year. I think the Vikings know it’s all about the system and they’ll be comfortable letting him walk.
