It's a pulley tho, not a lat pulldown cable. Lat pulldown cable got a bit less tension (you can swing it easier and stuff) but real weight. Pulley is usually less than the number on the stack
Actually with consistency you can reach that pretty early. The only bad news is that it's only strength gains and the mass and visuals come later usually.

i do basically same for back but i replace lat pull down with pull ups as i want to be a little slimmer so for me pull ups hit the core too, i skip barbell bent over row for one arm dumbell row because i can get a better lift, the barbell row is too easy then suddenly too hard even though i got gas in the tank i find i get a good bite on the lift with one arm even though its a pest to do one arm on back and biceps day its ok because tis pretty quick !
