    Getting into jump roping was the best decision I ever made, and most don’t know because of the consistent jumping your fat burns faster and you see results quicker than your average work out.

    • @Jblbluetoothh
      @Jblbluetoothh Год назад +55

      @@hazzy2285 When you jump rope, don’t use your arms, it’s more about keeping your arms closer to your body and a little back while only rotating your wrist downwards. Be light on your feet and only jump 1-2 inches off the ground. You don’t want to bend your knees, but keep it bent slightly so you don’t lock it out. Start off with the basic jump rope and try to build to 60 seconds without messing up. After that you can do one leg and mix in other stuff.

    @Oridyces. Год назад +158

    Ok first of all, for those planning to do this to looked ripped I'm just gonna rip the bandage off for ya. It's not that simple.
    This man is by no means "fat" or "overweight", he is "bulky" meaning he already has strong muscles under the layer of fat on his body. Jump roping only helped him "cut" down his body fat to show off his muscles.
    Now if you're not "bulky" the process of losing fat just by jump roping is a lot slower and will not give the same results as this man.
    So if you want to do this, work on your muscles first then cut.

    • @anxthoughts5381
      @anxthoughts5381 Год назад +5

      @@Enja___ If you're at a bad spot meaning pretty high body fat percentage it may be better to cut down a bit first, cardio and calorie deficit then start to bull back up. This is mostly so that you won't lose too much muscle when you cut, because if you bulk while your already fat your gonna end up cutting for more time than you want to, losing a lot more of the lean mass you bulked up.

      You dont need a specific diet to lose weight. You need to be in a calorie deficit. Which basically means you need to eat less calories then your burning off. Then your body will use your fat as energy and youll lose weight. Pretty simple

    I recently started skipping last week. I've enjoyed skipping since highschool, but I thought it was just for fun. I recently realized that skipping is 30% more effective than running. Imagine my utmost joy, because I really hate running. I've been trying to skip everyday for the past 3 days. And I gotta tell you, it's an impressive form of cardio. But prepare for the soles of your feet to hurt like hell after each set. But fight through it 💪. I pray to God for consistency and motivation to see this till the end
