He’s cool but he’s not scout level
I.e. saying Adam butler does things that are not unique for DTs…means Adam butler does things that ARE COMMON for DTs.

Yo Sanjit, fantastic breakdown of the Moehrig film. It puts into perspective the talent that he has. His development has been much slower than we hoped for, being such a high pick. Most of us wanted him in the first round. Luckily he was still there in the second. He has all the traits to be phenomenal. Raaaaaideeers 🏴☠️🖤⚔️
As a lifelong Raider fan I have learned to not get my hopes too high. Regardless I see more talent and potential than I’ve ever seen. So many sleepers. So many up and comers. Even our weak positions like QB has some sneaky good talent just waiting to pop.

great video... agree with it all. - that sidestep by Butler is insane - never noticed that lateral movement. You know, chat sports had Luke Masterson as a potential cut!! I think Epps helped Moehrig - they are making an amazing pair and I think it went under the radar how much Eagles missed him (and apparently they are always together - helping each other in training). Our depth in the room got better as we added Trey Taylor - another Jim Thorpe Award winner. Plus Isaiah Pola-Mao!. I'm so lit for this Defense.

First comment- of all the videos I watch of the Raiders, yours is ALWAYS worth my time. Long time fan from South Bay. I was there during the Madden/Stabler era. Saw the Hedi game live. Saw the holy roller with Dave Casper. Only one super bowl Raiders over the Vikings at the Rose Bowl. Keep on doing your videos. Even at my ripe age you are adding to my appreciation of the game.

Thanks for a really good show today! Meredith is THE most overlooked guy, but like every baseball team needs a utility infielder, football teams need guys like Meredith who is a Swiss Army knife on the O-line. It's having guys like this that can help down the stretch and help you stay consistent.
Masterson is a green dot guy he’s severely underrated
I love the Raiders depth on both sides of the ball. I've not seen it this deep and stacked in decades. Exited to see them implement and impose themselves.💪🏽🏴☠️
Tyree is going to blind side a lot of people. They are too eager to give him the bust label. I also think Nasty Jade may make some noise later in the season if he can keep a spot on the roster.
Tyree Wilson was only part of the thumbnail, he is not 1 of 3 the guys that I included in this list. I do however agree that Tyree could become really really good. But he has to develop the pass rush technique. Year 3 will be the year I will fully judge him.
Butler is perfect compliment to what Wilkens brings ....

@RaiderSerge except he was a food pass rusher, he was undersize and wasn't very good at run defense except for like one or two games he was solid in the run defense, Colts are one that come to mind.
Don’t forget Bolton, Masterson, and Koonce. Lots of players in Raiders got great potential. How the coaches exploit those talents.
I swear if Tre’von and Deablo played in real life life they play in madden then they would be on hall of fame tracks because those two guys are elite for me in the game

Sanjit - you’re one 100 percent right on Masterson. He moves like a safety and back pedals well for a linebacker. I think he’ll take over Deablos spot soon.
If Moerhig learns to make contested catches he would be top 3. Legit dropped 6 picks last year. If he catches those he’s make the all pro team

You are wrong, he had 2 seasons comparable if not better in NE, and his other 2 in NE and 1 in Miami he was solid too just had less snaps.

Trevon dropped a lot of picks because he was playing with one of his hands wrapped. I’m not sure if it was broken or some sort of sprain. Dude is a dog.
The Raiders are screwed this season. Their head coach is bankrupt, it's going to be a major distraction. Bankruptcy turns your life upside down. Pierce is not going to be able to fully focus on coaching the Raiders. The Raiders might win 6 games, but I think 4-5 is more likely.
I think Raiders will re-sign Moehrig and Koonse and let Spillane, Hobbs and Epps walk. Can't sign everybody. If they can't re-sign Moehrig they will try and sign Hobbs
If Wilson shows up consistently, You let Koonce walk. Can't have 3 big contracts on the D-Line. Sign Hobbs, Spillane, Let Epps walk & resign Moehrig IF the deal is team friendly.
@@BlackHoleVet This team isn't good enough to let good players walk. Who says you can't have three big contact on the d-line? Nobody is signing a team friendly deal, those don't exist. An NFL players window to make real money is very small. Why would they walk away from 10's of millions of dollars to sign a friendly deal with a franchise that made the playoff twice in 20+ years.
@KennyP99941 Antoine Whitfield is the highest paid safety @ $21 mil per/yr. Moehrig is currently the 23rd ranked safety. His deal won't break the bank wherever he plays. Get real
@KennyP99941 Regardless of who walks, Hobbs and Spillane are out of the question. They're literally our best corner and our best linebacker, on the NFLs best D 2nd half of last yr. Not sure what games you were watching.
