The Raiders are going to surprise some people this year with Antonio Pierce's first full year as Head Coach. QB is obviously their biggest issue but their defense is amazing and they still have some playmakers on offense.

Raiders fan here...Good take! And I like Minshew, but don't be surprised if O'Connell starts. He wasn't asked to do much last year because of a bad situation he was put in and still threw 9 TDs/ 1 INT in the last 5 games. The jury is still out of him so we will see what he becomes. But don't be surprised if he starts.

Howie long said that Menshew should start at qb i believe he will but we should just tank for a qb because winning more than 8 games would just keep us mid for another few years because to get a qb we will have to trade starting players and we really didn't draft back ups for any starting positions.
