Love your holiday nails!!!! You always match your project. Thanks for sharing your talents and I can't wait to see what you have in store for us in the future.
I've been searching for a pumpkin tutorial of any kind and I promise every time I search for something like this within a week or so I get a notification Jordan Fabrics has delivered! You guys do so well with knowing what people want!!
I've been waiting your tutorials for a while now. And, I can't think of one where I did not learn something new ...and I've seen for almost 55 years! You can teach an.old dog new tricks
I just bought various orange fabrics yesterday. Guess what my first project is going to be? Thank you for all your teaching videos. You are an excellent teacher. This would be so fun in a snowman runner for winter.
I plan on making 2 placemats for the island and leave them out for decoration and to serve a purpose when my husband and I eat. Adding to my list for next weekend! :)
THANK YOU so much for the great instructions for this wonderful pumpkin table runner. You made me hungry for pumpkin pie too ♥ Today is our first cool day, so puts me in the mood for a fall pumpkin design. I also like your suggestion to cut the design out on a file folder...worked great!!
Good tutorial, even though I don't decorate for this holiday, I still found the instruction interesting, as there were a number of techniques I hadn't seen in any of the other videos, such as not having the batting in the join between the stem and body of the fruit. Also, the choice of where to put the opening and the sewing order is useful. I think an apples & pears autumn runner would be fun to do with these techniques, so well worth watching!
Great tutorial; especially the technique of top stitching on the batting side, as well as the snipping while cutting out the pumpkins and batting. Thank you.
Hi Donna, my name if Mercy, I live on the coast in Monterey, CA. I'm a new quilter and love your videos, I just completed the Pumpkin Runner, using 5 pumpkins, and thanks to your guidance and tips, it turned out Fantastic! I also love your nails, wow, they are so pumpkineeee.
Fantastic video. The fabric is just perfect. Thank you for the tips on how to sew, I have learnt such a lot in this one video. I've subscribed, looking forward to seeing more.
Recently came across your channel and loving the tutorials. Definitely Would want to make this. UPDATE: just finished making one and it turned out perfect. Thank you for the video and great instructions. I followed step by step watching video as I sewed.
I used the pattern to make Fall Festive Placemats...they came out great and so cute!! :) Thank you for your teaching tutorial and for the template!! :)
Thank You Donna! Such a great fall project. Can't wait to make for my grown kids homes. Your videos are ALWAYS so detailed and easy to follow. Always looking forward to them ! :)
This is great! I’m trying to use what I have before buying anything new. Last night I unearthed 2 panel projects, one is farm animals and one Little Red Riding Hood. Guess I know one thing I’ll be doing today😁!
I love your work Donna. I have a request. Is there a way to make this pumpkin table runner in a circle, so all the stems point toward each other. I have a large square table and would love to make this runner round. I'm new to sewing and have learned lots from you. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
You are so generous with your free patterns. Have you ever seen Sewing Quarter... they sell fabric and notions in a QVC format. I think it would translate well for your store in a weekly format where you show off the fabrics you have in stock at the moment.
Just ordered my kit. Can hardly wait!! this will be on our Thanksgiving table!! Thanks Donna (and Matt) I love your videos and your shop. Wish I could actually visit some day.
I am definitely going to try this. The pumpkins are really cute. Now that the holiday season is fast approaching I'm wondering if you have a Christmas stocking pattern you could do a tutorial for. Thanks so much.
It was registered. A kilt of a sewing machine seems fun. The cloth is also rich and detailed, by how to sew. The cloth is also rich and I'd like to buy it.
This is "sew" adorable! I've been wanting to make a table runner to use for fall. Where do I find the pattern to print off for this? I didn't see it, but I'm sure I'm just overlooking it.
I saw it under Free Patterns. By the time I clicked on Pumpkin Table Runner it had gone off screen. I tried several times with the same problem. I have already bought the fabric so this is very disappointing.
jordanfabrics.com/pages/pumpkin-runner-pattern - the bad part is if you go to one of the parts you need, there is no "back" option and so you need to put in this website for each of the templates - bad web design, but I appreciate that the pattern and templates are free. Thanks
Is there a kit for this table runner? I love the fabrics Donna picked out; and don't know where else to get them. I am just loving all of Donna's tutorials!
Hi Donna. I just became aware of a quilt block called Oklahoma Twister, and I'd love to see what you could do with it as a finished quilt. It has wonderful movement to it. Think it could go on your ever-growing list of videos to teach us?
I read in a blog where a lady from Minnesota hung a quilt in her unheated mudroom and in winter the marks from the friction pen reappeared. So she brought it inside, ironed it and the marks disappeared again. My advice is: take a scrap, mark it with the pen (maybe a love note), iron it, then put it in your freezer for a few days and see if it reappears. Then decide if you can live with it. xoxo from Arizona... I'm not worried about my quilts getting that cold, hehehe.
I love your ideas and instructions but must object to the amount of waste. I could get two stems on the scrap of batting you use to cut just 1 and have plenty to cut out between. I noticed this also in the Christmas tree napkin video too for example. I could have probably gotten 3 cut out of what you used to cut out only two. Maybe there is a reason I don’t understand. I use my trimming to stuff other projects instead of stuff the landfill. Is there some use for scraps of which I am unaware?
Buongiorno complimenti per tutto quello che fa.. Vorrei sapere se spedite in Italia e le condizioni di vendita... È se c'è un cartamodello per la zucca grazie
Love your holiday nails!!!! You always match your project. Thanks for sharing your talents and I can't wait to see what you have in store for us in the future.

Love it!!! Great tutorial as usual!!! I see snowmen and ornaments following this idea too. Thank you, you're a great teacher!!
Snowmen and ornaments coming soon!
Yes please. Christmas ornaments should be easy. A little gray cap on top and bingo, an ornament. Fun, fun, fun!
Thanks Donna. You are an awesome teacher. Number 1. Love your programs....Lou
I've just made this - I'm very pleased with the result. Can't wait to display it. Thank you so much for your tutorials.
I learn such much with each of your videos! Thank you for sharing your methods of sewing.
Awesome! So thankful for your channel!
I made @ 3 pumpkin version for my first grandson. His Mum tells me it has been a great success. Thank you for the idea.

How fun! I like the easy way it is sewn. Awesome!
I've been waiting your tutorials for a while now. And, I can't think of one where I did not learn something new ...and I've seen for almost 55 years! You can teach an.old dog new tricks
Nice video for a table runner! The grunge was perfect and the the top stitching really made the pumpkins pop!

Sweet, you did a great job. Who would have thought of a pumpkin runner.
I just bought various orange fabrics yesterday. Guess what my first project is going to be? Thank you for all your teaching videos. You are an excellent teacher. This would be so fun in a snowman runner for winter.

Really like the pumpkin table runner tutorial. Thank you. Also, your finger nails look great.
Very encouraged to do the table runner and make matching placemats to be used up until Thanksgiving! Great tutorial as usual.
Where is the link for the pumpkin template download please?
So cute! Would be great as placemats also. Love watching your videos.
This runner almost makes me wish we had a pumpkin themed event in Australia. LOL
I love this! I initially thought you had quilted each pumpkin separately then attached them together but this looks fabulous!
Love it! And thanks for the tip about using a pin to pull out the seams after turning!
You are an excellent teacher! Thank you for this.
I love your tutorials, they r the best
Beautiful!!!

Thanks for thus lovely tutorial, you made my day , I will make this pumpkins runner for sure .

Great Idea on an autumn one also with apples and pears - however I would need a pattern. I am not good at drawing out patterns.
What a cute idea. I love it! This would be cute with jack-o-lantern faces on the back.
Always enjoy your tutorials. Thank you for sharing. Nice fall project.

Great tutorial; especially the technique of top stitching on the batting side, as well as the snipping while cutting out the pumpkins and batting. Thank you.

I am definitely going to try this. The pumpkins are really cute.
Now that the holiday season is fast approaching I'm wondering if you have a Christmas stocking pattern you could do a tutorial for.
Thanks so much.
Cool table runter. Parhaps you can make a reversibel one. One side fall and one side Halloween, with appliced faces in black or yellow.
Thanks!
It was registered. A kilt of a sewing machine seems fun. The cloth is also rich and detailed, by how to sew. The cloth is also rich and I'd like to buy it.
Is there a way to purchase 2 yards of the backing from you?
How cute!!!!!!
Checking your website, it shows the kit for the pumpkin table runner is unavailable. When will it be available? Thank you for wonderful videos
We just added more stock - you can purchase the kit now.
I really love this tutorial. Thank you.
love to watch all your tutorials! Question. Why didn't you put 3 stems on the one batting?
Do you have this kit available. I did not see it. Thanks.
Can you use fat quarters for the pumpkins?
Yes, you can use fat quarters.
FRANKIE. GENOVESE
It would be great as strawberries perhaps as a wall hanging for a little girl's room or trains for a little boy. Lots of possibilities.
I am on my iPad how can I gat the pumpkin runner pattern?
This is "sew" adorable! I've been wanting to make a table runner to use for fall. Where do I find the pattern to print off for this? I didn't see it, but I'm sure I'm just overlooking it.
I found it on their website, but think it would be easier to make my own.
I saw it under Free Patterns. By the time I clicked on Pumpkin Table Runner it had gone off screen. I tried several times with the same problem. I have already bought the fabric so this is very disappointing.
están en la página web de Jordan fábrica , en patrones gratis y los puedes descargar para imprimir, yo lo hice así 👍🏻
jordanfabrics.com/pages/pumpkin-runner-pattern - the bad part is if you go to one of the parts you need, there is no "back" option and so you need to put in this website for each of the templates - bad web design, but I appreciate that the pattern and templates are free. Thanks
Right click and open link in new tab will eliminate this problem. You can even open up all 4 pdf's at the same time using this method. :)
Great lady Great work
I totally love that table runner it is awesome perfect for my table I'm going to give it a try!!🎃🎃
Very beauriful.
Is there a kit for this table runner? I love the fabrics Donna picked out; and don't know where else to get them. I am just loving all of Donna's tutorials!
I'm looking for the pumpkin pattern and haven't found it yet. Could you download it for me to click? Thank you! Mary
We have the free pattern on our website here: jordanfabrics.com/pages/pumpkin-runner-pattern
Thanks for that. It worked perfectly.
Love this!
Nice pumpkin😉😉😉😉😉😉😉

You need to try pumpkin cheesecake! Very cute project!
Yum! I'll try it.

It’s 34* here in Ohio....good morning for sewing......do you ever work with felt or wool.....so many beautiful designs out there....
Ladies, what kind and brand of thread do you use when you piece your quilts or do stuff like this?
I use Superior thread (Omni Tex 30).
Fabulous....
Where do I find the pumpkin pattern download?
I find if I use the frixion pen on dark fabric it leaves a white line when it is ironed, so I use them very sparingly now.
