December 2023 here. I don't know how many times I've watched this video but I learned something new this time, too. I didn't know that grunge was reversible to a solid color!!! Watch Donna's videos again and again. You will always learn something.

Grunge is becoming a major part of my stash. It works well with traditional solids & patterns too. I’ve started collecting the dots ones too. I’ve even used one of their “whites” as a background in a traditional quilt! Looks great. I’ve noticed other companies copying the style (“brushwork”). The quilt industry is so creative. At 75 I can remember when I was happy just to have decent weave 100% cotton to choose from🤣
