"My irrigation system was broken" If only they made these long hoses that could carry water and these neat things that attach to the hose end that, you know, could water a lawn with a sprinkle of water (we could call them SPRINKLERS haha!!) , this could have been prevented : (
I live in the Pacific Northwest on the Olympic peninsula, every year I get huge dieback on my lawns even though the watering gets ramped up, do I need to overseed with a hot season grass before summer hits I'm not understanding why this keeps happening, do I have only cool season grass?
Great tips Al! I have a question for you. I have a mostly KBG lawn in northern Illinois. Its been very very hot here as I'm sure you've heard a thousand times. I have some smaller areas of TTTF in my yard that are holding up very well. I was thinking about overseeding with GCI TTTF to introcude more tall fescue to better handle the heat and also to have newer, fresher cultivars into my yard( its maybe 15 years old). Should I go for it? Thanks!- Andy
Sir I sold my house when the lawn was lush green. It's been ungodly hot and dry and the areas I totally redid are perfectly yellow and dormant. Is there anything I can do? Afraid the sellers will complain on final walk thru
the star nursery where i live has an ino area theres always someone that that seemes to know everything. every time i have a problem they somehow have a solution for 13 years. its so hard to get help online no offense for this guy but this guy is talking about a totally different grass than mine and a totally different climate than mine. i'm in the super hot dry desert and its been between 106 highs and 112 highs and probably wont ease up very much.
I like this channel a bit more than your other man. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I appreciate that
Another great video Allyn. 👊👍🏻

Mine is completely brown and dead. Don't have time to fix it much and no sprinkler system. Super annoying to deal with and work full time
