But when you mesured yourself I was suprised to see that my measurements aren't that far from yours : my waist is 76cm (vs 73cm for you) and my hips are 100cm (vs 96 cm for you). However my BMI is 24,6 while yours is 21,3 and I think that I have a way higher percentage of fat (I'm around 34%). The fact that you were able to make 3000 jumps per day for a months shows that you are very athletic, I stuggle to make 400 to 500 jumps each day! I liked your video a lot, and the struggle with food, especially when you exercise, is so real 😅 The place where you live is stunning.
Якщо лишати себе таких задоволень в їжі і напружувати щоденними тренуваннями, то нафіг таке життя)) А якщо серйозно, то так як ти сама по собі мініатюрна і худенька, то вага в тебе постійно плаватиме +- 4-5кг. Хіба що ти такий режим триматимеш постійно, але ну його нафіг)
Теж розмірковувала на цю тему. Я взагалі проти обмежувань. Думаю, тут головне згодом знайти баланс. Наприклад я досі притримуюсь 2х разового харчування, але вже дозволяю собі якісь смаколики. І вага поки держиться на 1 рівні, це без тренувань. В відео я обмежувала себе в рамках експеріменту, но у житті так довго неможливо триматись, нащо воно таке потрібне)
Якщо чесно то я такого результату приблизно добивався лікувальним голодуванням по Полю Бреху. Там період звичайно коротше - 2 дні, але морально важче напевне;)
Start from 5-10 minutes practice. Get used to rope, watch your knees, and be careful. But still nutrition is the most significant moment. Only calorie deficit brings to weight loss. It will also not be superfluous to go to the doctor and make sure that your hormones are in order. Sometimes people gain weight and are unable to lose it due to hormonal imbalances.
I would suggest u start by taking walks for as long and ur comfortable B4 jumping. I was 120kg and I had to loose some weight with things that didn't stress much first. I am still on my journey but I know it's lot of weight to carry at 120 kg so doing this immediately may stress ur body much and make u give up B4 u achieve much. This is just my humble suggestion.

Hey, 2 months after the challenge and i still keeping the diet. Eat only 2 times a day, and still in shape.

Did you keep it up? It looks like you were eating very little, especially after you went down to 2 meals a day.
I got used to 2 meals a day, and felt good. But I don’t keep to that diet anymore, just trying to not overeat

How many jumps were your goal everyday
I set a time goal minimum 30-35 minutes a day, and didn’t count jumps specifically.
