    12 small healthy habits you should do EVERY DAY
    1. Walk 10k steps
    2. Take vitamins
    3. Drink lukewarm water
    4. Read 5 pages out of 2 books
    5. 5-10 minutes of stretching
    6. Box breathing
    7. Positive self-talk
    8. Listen to positive music
    9. Eat a vegetable in every meal
    10. Consuming less content
    11. Brush teeth immediately after every meal
    12. Sleeping for 8 hours

    5:48 as a former nursing student, basically YES! Increasing Oxygen 9(O2) and expressing CO2. Low O2 (hypoxia) can cause symptoms similar to anxiety (increased heart rate, shortness of breath). Similarly High CO2 can make it hard to concentrate, make you tired, short of breath/rapid breathing. So deep breathing exercises like this one are PERFECT for both scenarios, as it helps to regulate and rebalance both of those levels (yes you need both in your body, just not too muchor too little 😊)

    10k steps a day is much more than we actually need and was all just a marketing scheme. Anyway, 6k-8k has become the new target recommended these days 👍

    Happy New Years 🎉.
    1) 7-9 hours sleep
    2) 10K steps a day minus time on treadmill (or other cardio session)
    3) Get back on the milk jug of water
    4) Read 5 -10 pages a day
    5) Brush teeth immediately after last meal
    6) Stretch everyday (part of calesthenics)
    7) worship music alongside Bible in the morning and night
    Have to revisit the rest

    when you said you miss a day and you're not gonna do it anymore I hardcore related to this as its the first week of new year, and I'm trying to make myself a priority. I'm trying to take care of myself, and even though its hard, I'm going to keep trying

    MAYA love this video! I heard though that brushing your teeth immediately after eating causes damage to your tooth enamel, especially if you’ve just eaten something acidic… not sure if any dentists or dental hygienists are here feel free to correct me if I’m wrong!

I especially like the one about eating vegetables with every meal, I usually only do that with lunch and dinner but now I'm curious about exploring ways to eat them with breakfast too!     Good habits. But brushing immediately after a meal can cause enamel damage. You should wait at least half an hour before you brush.

    5:38 i know an app where you can write down everyday how you feel and can do boxbreathing and you need to take care of a plant and you can also name the plant it’s called „Kinder World“ and everyday you get a sentence to motivate you
