Wow, such a great video.....not sure I would have the courage to hike that area with all those snakes but I sure enjoyed watching you all do it.

You'd be surprised how relaxed it was hiking there. You can stay on the gravel road (it's closed during migration time) and just watch for the snakes to cross, and they're not aggressive.

Haha...I saw the "Snake Road" in the title and popped on it thinking it was from Hiking With Shawn. Nice to see you guys meet up with some RUclipsrs in their natural environment...lol. Looked like a great time 🗡🔥🐎 #BLUFFAGE

Thanks, it was an awesome time! It was nice to have the expert on bluffage, err, I mean on Snake Road, with us!

I did not know that about the Lewis and Clark expedition. As a L&C fan that is awesome. Thanks! Always good to meet up with a fellow Hoosier RUclipsr and it was great to finally meet you and Catfish. I'm always up for an adventure so give me a shout.

Thank you sir! I learned that about L&C on the Larue-Pine Hills website, always nice learning such history.

Perfect place to hang out with Shawn, in the bluffage. :) That's one place I probably won't be visiting. LOL Glad you guys had fun though.

It was remarkably chill, for being around venomous snakes. Any time I run into them in the wild, it freaks me out because I'm not expecting it. Here, it was the whole purpose, just a cool experience in the bluffage!

Ahh, you'd be fine. This white haired old lady went for the 1st time this fall. Ended up walking with a couple. The husband did not care for snakes at all but he shared the activity with his wife. (She goes along on some of his hobbies that she is not so wild about, it balances out) He was the best at spotting the snakes.

I used to think the same thing, and I live within an hour of Illinois! It's a huge state (for the midwest) and has some cool gems in some areas.
