I’ve known this man since high school. I was one of the guys in his wrestling clip in his update video and to see him go through all this is heartbreaking, but to see everybody come together and help him out is absolutely amazing
Jon helped me when i was starting my youtube tech career (2014) he sent me his old ipad mini, dude has been helping out the community for years, i already gave him a donation but im super happy to see austin and the community getting together for this og ❤❤❤

Man what a “full-circle” moment. Been watching these people for the past 13+ years. Jon really is one of the humblest people and seeing so many creators I look up to come together is such a treat. Still remember how heartbreaking it was to see Austin lose everything and how Jon and Lew showed up. I knew the community would respond to Jon and thankful for the man he is! This video is such a great reminder of the power of showing up- especially when you know someone is going through hard times. So thankful to see the creators I love do the things that matter most!

Asking for help is hard. Accepting help is whole different game
For most of my post HS years I’ve been in something of my own crucible and when I finally got on me feet, got married, one of the first things I did was go buy my life long friend and his wife a new MacBook Pro (they had a 2013 air that was on its last leg) because they had to leave their dance studio and start their own company and because they had been a crucial support for years for me.
The way Johnathan reacts at the end makes me feel physically uncomfortable but when you bless and give greatly to those who invested in others for YEARS, this is how generous people react.
Jonathan I grew up in your videos, I can’t wait to see what you do next.
Please know You are being loved and blessed, not because you are incapable or helpless but because everyone needs a hand in life just like you do now, just like you have done for so many others.

I was a kid when I first watched John, and the whole Team Crispy back in the day. I even remember Austin’s help video of what happened with his home. Honestly it feels surreal watching all of them throughout the years and being so unique and inspiring. I was 13 when I found out about these guys making RUclips videos, I am 23 now and believe or not they inspired me getting into the tech world as a whole, that it got me to become an engineer. Thank you guys for all these years, and for the years to come. John you’ve got our support ❤

As someone who loves to give, last year my wife beat cancer, but not without huge medical bills and we had to ask for help. That was the HARDEST thing I've ever done. Well done Austin, you and the community are a huge blessing to John.

Fantastic video. I went to watch John Morrison's video (SHhhh, don't tell him I wasn't a subscriber) so I knew the context. This is impactful. The moral from this is paramount. You know who has you when you are falling. If you don't, reach out. You know how heavy your burden is, and you know when it is too much. Let your pride go and let your circle carry some of it for you. I come from a place of understanding regarding shoving the pride to the side and allowing those around oneself help bear the weight. The pain may not last forever or it may, but your closest within that circle will always be there for you.
