This live recording is from Wacken Open Air 2013, together with Floor Jansen [pronounced Yansen], the 3rd and present female singer of the band, and Marco Hietala, bassist and singer, in front of an 82K audience. About the instrumental and vocal added parts - it's good to know they recorded their orchestral and vocal back tracks with prestigious institutions as London Philharmonic Orchestra. London's The Metro Voices choir group and London's Young Musicians Children's Choir as their regular partners. Since this is your first Nightwish reaction, it is my duty to give you the [updated] short history of the band concentrated by Ann Waychoff, one of the biggest Nightwish fan who has since passed away (and I am doing this in her memory): " Nightwish was started in 1996.They are considered a Symphonic Metal band, with a female main singer. They are from Finland. Tuomas Holopainen [pronounced Tuo-mas], the keyboard player, composes and writes the lyrics for 95% of their music. [Sami Vanska was the bassist of the band starting with their 2nd studio album, he was with them until 2001. Then Marco Hietala was bassist and vocals, since 2001 to 2020. He recently announced his retirement both from the band and the public life for the next year at least. Then in May 2021 Jukka Koskinen [pronounced Yukka] became the bassist of the band, for the Human :II: Nature tour - and recently, the band announced he became a permanent member] And there is the guitarist Emppu Vuorinen [he also recorded the bass lines for their 1st studio album]. Then there is Troy Donockley from UK who is a multi-instrumentalist and vocals. Jukka Nevalainen [pronounced Yukka] is the drummer. In 2015 due to Jukka's health issues Kai Hahto became the drummer and as of now is a permanent addition. Nightwish has had three singers. 1st one was Tarja Turunen [pronounced Tarr-ya] (Operatic vocals). She was with them until 2005. The 2nd one was Anette Olzon from Sweden (Poppy, strong vocals). She was with them until 2012.The 3rd and current singer is Floor Jansen, from Netherlands (power, operatic, soprano.....most versatile) - you just heard her. There are live concerts that you should use depending on what era. From Wishes to Eternity and End of an Era (Tarja), Montreux Festival live 2012 and Exit Festival (Anette), Live at Wacken 2013, Live at Wembley, Live at Tampere, Vehicle of Spirit, Decades live (Floor). Hello I have some info on Floor Jansen for you here. She is married to Hannes Van Dahl, drummer of the Swedish power metal band Sabaton. Together they have a daughter. ( Freja ) Floor Jansen is a soprano, with a range of more than 4 octaves (Eb2 to F6). Re-singing style ranges from opera to screams and grunts. She usually sings in English, in addition she has also sung songs in Dutch, German, Spanish, Finnish, Latin, Italian and Swedish. Jansen was the singer of the Dutch metal band After Forever from 1997 to early 2009. From 1999 she studied at the Rockacademie in Tilburg with classmates Jacqueline Govaert and Danny Vera, where she graduated in 2003. In addition to her activities at After Forever, she gave singing lessons. She plays guitar, piano and flute. On May 5, 2010, she presented her new band ReVamp, which was disbanded in September 2016. From 1 October 2012 Jansen replaced Anette Olzon as singer of Nightwish during the Imaginaerum World Tour. On October 9, 2013, it was announced that she would be the group's regular new front singer. In 2015, Nightwish released the album Endless Forms Most Beautiful with Jansen as lead singer. Great analysis and song breakdown. Floor claims this is one of the hardest song for her to sing. It has a very long section at the end in a belting powerful high vocal range. Nice reaction and analysis. You have opened a chest of goodies from both Nightwish and from Floor. You will find some epic, complex masterpieces ("The Greatest Show On Earth" and "The Poet and the Pendulum") when you are ready. You may want to study Floor a little before you continue with Nightwish. Try "Vilja Lied" from a dutch TV show with some other singers, who had presumptions of metal singers, but got a surprice for life. Or "O Mio Babbino Caro" which in one of her very rare classic opera performances. After those you can return to Nightwish with "Ghost Love Score", "Storytime" and "Shoemaker". You will get a lot of views on your channel if you continue to make great reactions to Nightwish and Floor. I wanted to go to a Nightwish concert before I die and I did last year.

Ciao Ilaria, finalmente una reazione "italiana" così posso finalmente commentare nella mia lingua. Ottima reazione, precisa, completa e professionale per cui hai un nuovo iscritto. Io sono un vecchio, in tutti i sensi, fan dei Nightwish da più di 20 anni avendoli scoperti agli inizi del secolo. Il video che hai analizzato è preso dal meraviglioso concerto del 2013 in Germania, a Wacken, davanti ad oltre 80000 persone. I membri da allora sono un po' cambiati, Marco ad esempio ha lasciato un paio di anni fa, purtroppo, sostituito al basso da Jukka Koskinen, mentre il batterista, Jukka Nevalainen, ha lasciato nel 2014 per motivi di salute ed è stato sostituito da Kai Hatho. Floor è la terza cantante nella storia dei Nightwish e come hai visto è una cantante incredibile, con un range pazzesco, una versatilità non comune e una presenza scenica eccezionale. Tra l'altro lei ha anche una carriera solista e collabora con gruppi e progetti musicali interessanti. Ha prestato la voce al gruppo del marito, i Sabaton, è stata ospite di diverse puntate di un programma olandese o tedesco, non ricordo bene, chiamato "Beste Zangers" o qualcosa di simile dove interpretava cover di altri cantanti presenti nel programma stesso. Assolutamente da vedere il duetto con Henk Poort in "The phantom of the opera" in quel programma. Notevole anche il duetto con la cantante degli Epica dal vivo con la canzone "Sancta Terra" suonata anche con una intera orchestra e relativo coro. Ti consiglio anche, ma davvero, fidati, di cercare le sue collaborazioni nel progetto "Ayreon" di quel genio musicale che è Arjen Lucassen e durante la pandemia ha realizzato, da casa, alcuni bei video che trovi qui su You Tube cantando le cover di "Frozen" per la figlia, "Euphoria" e "Shallow". Floor joined the band 'After Forever' in 1997 at the age of 16. In Gabriels list is an 2k18 Performance of Devil and the deep dark Ocean in Buenos Aires. Sure, its Metal to the Core. but the Fight the Mermaid( Floor) and the Devil( Marko) settle in this Vocal Rollercoaster is for sure an Treasure for someone, who wants to see Floor growl, and splisecond later doing Headvoice:). For second and alter Runs of that specific Tune, i would say put on Captions, Nighwish textes are not really mainstream:) And if you dont go by this, i am absolute happy to watch awhatever you Choose;) Stay Healthy

Where to start. Wanna hear pop type, metal, classical, she literally does everything. Outside nightwish, I'd suggest beste zangers. A show where a singer does another singers song. Gets interesting when floor, who speaks no Spanish, sings to a salsa artist his famous song. He was amazed. She also did same show shallow. In a side project she recorded a song off Disney frozen soundtrack. Why because her daughter loves the song , so why not...and add her floor flair. But , beste zangers has a hidden jem. A duet with hank port, doing phantom of the opera. It's cool. All my best.
To say Floors voice saved my life would not be a lie. So many Veterans need our help, some like me reacted poorly to meds and treatment. Music like Floors, I wish I could give words to what she managed to do to me. I cannot, I've tried.I was invited to see her by friends in concert and uncharacteristically for me at that time I said yes. She broke me while rebuilding the innocent child I once was. May sound weird, as I said I've tried to give meaning to what she and Nightwish have done. I share her with as many of my fellow Veterans hoping she can help them too. Nice reaction! Your reaction is very in depth. Please, don't hold back on the technical stuff. That is what makes your channel, your channel, Don't ever change that! About the band: You said "Floor Jansen and her band, Nightwish". For many reasons you can't really said it that way. Tuomas (on keyboards) is the mastermind. Floor (or Tarja) sings his thoughts, his dilemma's, his struggles. Since they are really good at what they do, you might think, the singer is the centerpiece of this band, but that would be a mistake....especially when it come to the meaning of the song. Most NW-songs are really about the storytelling, so there is no way around it: It is Tuomas and his band, Nightwish...with Floor (or Tarja or Anette). One more tip: Many of the lyrics-sites have done a terrible job of getting the lyrics. On some songs the complete meaning of the song gets butchered do to wrong lyrics. luckily NW is kind enough to put all (correct) lyrics on their website.
Ciao Vogel, Thank you so much for your precious advice, especially for Nightwish story and the lyrics (I found now here www.nightwish.com/songs/ever-dream, for me it's even more important because it's not my first language😜) Maybe you don't know it but many of my reactor colleagues stop videos to avoid demonetization of the video but personally I just can't stop the music during reaction, I prefer to listen all the song and then, after some deep listening, analyze it. Thank you for this analysis, was very interesting! For more Nightwish, many have already recommended Ghost Love Score. Three reasons I agree: 1) it's a favourite of just about everyone! 2) Floor shows even more variety and again makes it look easy 3) it's a complex and interesting piece musically too. Wacken 2013 is a very good show. Asides from Ghost Love Score, if you liked Ever Dream you may also like Storytime, while Romanticide shows a darker side of both Floor and Marko. For more of Marko alone, my personal favourite is The Islander from the Tampere concert in 2015.

I might recommend either Frozen Serenade (live) or Swan Song (with the Chopin intro), which are both beautiful, and shows a variety of their talents, or Holy War, live from Zepp in 2020. The previous two are musical masterpieces (especially Swan Song), but Holy War, and some other tracks like that, have more of Asami's belting higher notes. Anything by them is great. I support the suggestion of doing _Ghost_ _Love_ _Score_ live at Wacken 2013 next for Floor, but if you want solo Marko try _High_ _Hopes_ (live End of an Era) and _The_ _Islander_ (live at Tampere). At some point do Tarja & Marko in _The_ _Phantom_ _of_ _the_ _Opera_ (End of an Era) too - it's quite a contrast to some of my other suggestions!

Mi ha fatto piacere trovare un'insegnante di canto italiana che analizza quella che è probabilmente la mia canzone preferita dei Nightwish, almeno nelle sue varie incarnazioni live. Ti ho trovata proprio perché tendo ad ascoltare con interesse tutte le analisi (non le reazioni) ad Ever Dream che trovo. naturalmente, e tu non fai eccezione, la versione più gettonata è questa di Wacken 2013, indubbiamente molto valida e supportata da ottima qualità di video e suono. Da fan dei Nightwish di vecchia data (1999), attendo una possibile reazione a tutte le ere dei NW e non solo alla loro più recente incarnazione (seppure ormai anche la formazione dei NW del 2013 sia storia vecchia), anche se mi rendo conto che le precedenti frontwomen del gruppo non portano altrettante visualizzazioni, ma finora tutte le canzoni dei NW che hai ascoltato sono state realizzate nel primo periodo della band (dal 1996 al 2004), inclusa questa, per cui potrebbe valere la pena di analizzare anche le precedenti iterazioni delle canzoni che l'armata, sotto forma di Gabriel, ti sottoporrà(soprattutto considerando che il 70% di esse sono state scritte per la prima cantante, un 15% per la seconda e solo il restante 15% per l'ottima Jansen). Oltretutto questo ti distinguerebbe dalla massa informe di reactor che vogliono solo visualizzazioni e "mi piace". Ogni era dei Nightwish ha la sua bellezza e le sue canzoni, ma soprattutto è stata plasmata da e per la vocalist che contraddistingue ognun di esse. Buona scoperta e grazie per la bella analisi! ^^

@@TrainingVoiceilaria i primi 5 album dei Nightwish sono stati scritti e composti per la voce di Tarja Turunen, i successivi 2 per la voce e le caratteristiche di Annette Olzon e gli ultimi 2 per quella di Floor Jansen, quindi gran parte delle canzoni che ti verranno richieste (in qualunque versione) sono originariamente state cantate da Tarja (tutte le canzoni dei NW cui hai reagito finora sono originariamente cantate da lei). Penso per le singole canzoni ti basti verificare sulla pagina Wikipedia dei Nightwish a che album appartiene ciascuna, visto che YT non permette l'uso dei link. Se posso permettermi un'ultima considerazione, se vuoi sentire la versione live di Tarja di Ghost Love Score, NON usare la versione di End of an Era, visto che quel giorno era influenzatissima e si sente (e cinonostante alcune delle canzoni di quel concerto sono autentiche perle). Magari prova la versione del 2004 in Romania ;) . E se farai Annette, l'utente Metalwish ha delle bellissime versioni rimasterizzate di molte sue performance live. Deep voices are my favourite, too, so then you'll probably love JP's voice as much as I do. 😁 I would say either "Colder" by his first band Charon or his first solo song "Kuoppa" would be good places to start. (The second one is a more acoustic style rather than metal but I think it shows his range quite well.) Any of his collaborations with Dark Sarah would be awesome too.
Floor è pura magia. Pensa che lei aveva provato a fare l’accademia per lirico e gli insegnanti le dicevano che non era in grado, e ora è qui😂 alla faccia loro. Poi questa canzone non nasce per la sua voce; i Nightwish hanno avuto tre cantanti e questa canzone era stata fatta per la prima di queste quindi la potenza di Floor sta anche nel cantare qualcosa di “non suo”. Ti consiglio di ascoltare anche Ghost Love Score (nightwish), The phantom of the opera (bestzangers 2019 mi pare di Floor con Henk) e se vuoi qualcosa in piu con Marko consiglio The Islander (live in Tampere)

Ho visto che ha cantato tantissimi altri brani, anche di altri generi e tutti ne parlano benissimo quindi non vedo l'ora di scoprire anche lei a 360 gradi. E aggiungo un'ultima cosa - non dimentichiamoci che questo è un live e cantare su tutta quella musica e rimanere così precisi non è da tutti - ma sono felice di ascoltarti così, perché quando gli artisti sono bravi sul serio, vanno ascoltati rigorosamente LIVE ! Welcome to the world of symphonic metal! And thank you for checking this legendary band! This live recording is from Wacken Open Air 2013, together with Floor Jansen [pronounced Yansen], the 3rd and present female singer of the band, and Marco Hietala, bassist and singer, in front of an 82K audience.
About the instrumental and vocal added parts - it's good to know they recorded their orchestral and vocal back tracks with prestigious institutions as London Philharmonic Orchestra. London's The Metro Voices choir group and London's Young Musicians Children's Choir as their regular partners.
Since this is your first Nightwish reaction, it is my duty to give you the [updated] short history of the band concentrated by Ann Waychoff, one of the biggest Nightwish fan who has since passed away (and I am doing this in her memory):
" Nightwish was started in 1996.They are considered a Symphonic Metal band, with a female main singer. They are from Finland.
Tuomas Holopainen [pronounced Tuo-mas], the keyboard player, composes and writes the lyrics for 95% of their music. [Sami Vanska was the bassist of the band starting with their 2nd studio album, he was with them until 2001. Then Marco Hietala was bassist and vocals, since 2001 to 2020. He recently announced his retirement both from the band and the public life for the next year at least. Then in May 2021 Jukka Koskinen [pronounced Yukka] became the bassist of the band, for the Human :II: Nature tour - and recently, the band announced he became a permanent member] And there is the guitarist Emppu Vuorinen [he also recorded the bass lines for their 1st studio album]. Then there is Troy Donockley from UK who is a multi-instrumentalist and vocals. Jukka Nevalainen [pronounced Yukka] is the drummer. In 2015 due to Jukka's health issues Kai Hahto became the drummer and as of now is a permanent addition.
Nightwish has had three singers. 1st one was Tarja Turunen [pronounced Tarr-ya] (Operatic vocals). She was with them until 2005. The 2nd one was Anette Olzon from Sweden (Poppy, strong vocals). She was with them until 2012.The 3rd and current singer is Floor Jansen, from Netherlands (power, operatic, soprano.....most versatile) - you just heard her.
There are live concerts that you should use depending on what era. From Wishes to Eternity and End of an Era (Tarja), Montreux Festival live 2012 and Exit Festival (Anette), Live at Wacken 2013, Live at Wembley, Live at Tampere, Vehicle of Spirit, Decades live (Floor). I hope this helps.

I have some info on Floor Jansen for you here.
She is married to Hannes Van Dahl, drummer of the Swedish power metal band Sabaton. Together they have a daughter. ( Freja )
Floor Jansen is a soprano, with a range of more than 4 octaves (Eb2 to F6). Re-singing style ranges from opera to screams and grunts. She usually sings in English, in addition she has also sung songs in Dutch, German, Spanish, Finnish, Latin, Italian and Swedish.
Jansen was the singer of the Dutch metal band After Forever from 1997 to early 2009. From 1999 she studied at the Rockacademie in Tilburg with classmates Jacqueline Govaert and Danny Vera, where she graduated in 2003. In addition to her activities at After Forever, she gave singing lessons. She plays guitar, piano and flute. On May 5, 2010, she presented her new band ReVamp, which was disbanded in September 2016.
From 1 October 2012 Jansen replaced Anette Olzon as singer of Nightwish during the Imaginaerum World Tour. On October 9, 2013, it was announced that she would be the group's regular new front singer. In 2015, Nightwish released the album Endless Forms Most Beautiful with Jansen as lead singer. Nightwish's second studio album with Jansen as front singer, Human. :II: Nature., was released in April 2020.

Great analysis and song breakdown. Floor claims this is one of the hardest song for her to sing. It has a very long section at the end in a belting powerful high vocal range.

" Ever Dream " is the sixth single by Finnish symphonic metal band Nightwish. Released as the first single from the band's fourth studio album, Century Child, it was the group's first single in two years, following " Deep Silent Complete " in 2000.
The song is more operatic in nature than later works and the music itself is more on the heavy metal side. It is still played live since 2002 until today. "Ever Dream" was certified with Gold Disc in Finland two days after its release, with more than 5,000 copies sold, and later received Platinum Disc with more than 10,000 copies sold.

You will find some epic, complex masterpieces ("The Greatest Show On Earth" and "The Poet and the Pendulum") when you are ready. You may want to study Floor a little before you continue with Nightwish. Try "Vilja Lied" from a dutch TV show with some other singers, who had presumptions of metal singers, but got a surprice for life. Or "O Mio Babbino Caro" which in one of her very rare classic opera performances. After those you can return to Nightwish with "Ghost Love Score", "Storytime" and "Shoemaker". You will get a lot of views on your channel if you continue to make great reactions to Nightwish and Floor.

Io sono un vecchio, in tutti i sensi, fan dei Nightwish da più di 20 anni avendoli scoperti agli inizi del secolo. Il video che hai analizzato è preso dal meraviglioso concerto del 2013 in Germania, a Wacken, davanti ad oltre 80000 persone. I membri da allora sono un po' cambiati, Marco ad esempio ha lasciato un paio di anni fa, purtroppo, sostituito al basso da Jukka Koskinen, mentre il batterista, Jukka Nevalainen, ha lasciato nel 2014 per motivi di salute ed è stato sostituito da Kai Hatho. Floor è la terza cantante nella storia dei Nightwish e come hai visto è una cantante incredibile, con un range pazzesco, una versatilità non comune e una presenza scenica eccezionale. Tra l'altro lei ha anche una carriera solista e collabora con gruppi e progetti musicali interessanti. Ha prestato la voce al gruppo del marito, i Sabaton, è stata ospite di diverse puntate di un programma olandese o tedesco, non ricordo bene, chiamato "Beste Zangers" o qualcosa di simile dove interpretava cover di altri cantanti presenti nel programma stesso. Assolutamente da vedere il duetto con Henk Poort in "The phantom of the opera" in quel programma. Besides managing a band on her own she also did a lot of vocal coaching and as she is a perfectionist, she wants to do everything at 100%+. Eventually she had to pay the price and got a burnout. She had just recovered when end of september 2012 the call came from Nightwish to fill in for the remainder of the North American Tour at first as their second singer Annette got ill. In Gabriels list is an 2k18 Performance of Devil and the deep dark Ocean in Buenos Aires. Sure, its Metal to the Core. but the Fight the Mermaid( Floor) and the Devil( Marko) settle in this Vocal Rollercoaster is for sure an Treasure for someone, who wants to see Floor growl, and splisecond later doing Headvoice:). For second and alter Runs of that specific Tune, i would say put on Captions, Nighwish textes are not really mainstream:)

Where to start. Wanna hear pop type, metal, classical, she literally does everything. Outside nightwish, I'd suggest beste zangers. A show where a singer does another singers song. Gets interesting when floor, who speaks no Spanish, sings to a salsa artist his famous song. He was amazed. She also did same show shallow. In a side project she recorded a song off Disney frozen soundtrack. Why because her daughter loves the song , so why not...and add her floor flair. But , beste zangers has a hidden jem. A duet with hank port, doing phantom of the opera. It's cool. All my best.

To say Floors voice saved my life would not be a lie. So many Veterans need our help, some like me reacted poorly to meds and treatment. Music like Floors, I wish I could give words to what she managed to do to me. I cannot, I've tried.I was invited to see her by friends in concert and uncharacteristically for me at that time I said yes. She broke me while rebuilding the innocent child I once was. May sound weird, as I said I've tried to give meaning to what she and Nightwish have done. I share her with as many of my fellow Veterans hoping she can help them too. Some have found their way home finally and left the wars in the past, some will never be able too. Please support these men and women, they served and ask for nothing while giving all.

About the band: You said "Floor Jansen and her band, Nightwish". For many reasons you can't really said it that way. Tuomas (on keyboards) is the mastermind. Floor (or Tarja) sings his thoughts, his dilemma's, his struggles. Since they are really good at what they do, you might think, the singer is the centerpiece of this band, but that would be a mistake....especially when it come to the meaning of the song. Most NW-songs are really about the storytelling, so there is no way around it: It is Tuomas and his band, Nightwish...with Floor (or Tarja or Anette).
One more tip: Many of the lyrics-sites have done a terrible job of getting the lyrics. On some songs the complete meaning of the song gets butchered do to wrong lyrics. luckily NW is kind enough to put all (correct) lyrics on their website.

Maybe you don't know it but many of my reactor colleagues stop videos to avoid demonetization of the video but personally I just can't stop the music during reaction, I prefer to listen all the song and then, after some deep listening, analyze it. It's thanks to donations that I can defend the format I created and I'll go on in this way 💪💪💪

For more Nightwish, many have already recommended Ghost Love Score. Three reasons I agree: 1) it's a favourite of just about everyone! 2) Floor shows even more variety and again makes it look easy 3) it's a complex and interesting piece musically too.
Wacken 2013 is a very good show. Asides from Ghost Love Score, if you liked Ever Dream you may also like Storytime, while Romanticide shows a darker side of both Floor and Marko. For more of Marko alone, my personal favourite is The Islander from the Tampere concert in 2015.

If you wan to check out something different, my other favorite band is Lovebites. I like them just as much as Nightwish. I might recommend either Frozen Serenade (live) or Swan Song (with the Chopin intro), which are both beautiful, and shows a variety of their talents, or Holy War, live from Zepp in 2020. The previous two are musical masterpieces (especially Swan Song), but Holy War, and some other tracks like that, have more of Asami's belting higher notes. Anything by them is great. I support the suggestion of doing _Ghost_ _Love_ _Score_ live at Wacken 2013 next for Floor, but if you want solo Marko try _High_ _Hopes_ (live End of an Era) and _The_ _Islander_ (live at Tampere). At some point do Tarja & Marko in _The_ _Phantom_ _of_ _the_ _Opera_ (End of an Era) too - it's quite a contrast to some of my other suggestions!

Mi ha fatto piacere trovare un'insegnante di canto italiana che analizza quella che è probabilmente la mia canzone preferita dei Nightwish, almeno nelle sue varie incarnazioni live. Ti ho trovata proprio perché tendo ad ascoltare con interesse tutte le analisi (non le reazioni) ad Ever Dream che trovo. naturalmente, e tu non fai eccezione, la versione più gettonata è questa di Wacken 2013, indubbiamente molto valida e supportata da ottima qualità di video e suono.
Da fan dei Nightwish di vecchia data (1999), attendo una possibile reazione a tutte le ere dei NW e non solo alla loro più recente incarnazione (seppure ormai anche la formazione dei NW del 2013 sia storia vecchia), anche se mi rendo conto che le precedenti frontwomen del gruppo non portano altrettante visualizzazioni, ma finora tutte le canzoni dei NW che hai ascoltato sono state realizzate nel primo periodo della band (dal 1996 al 2004), inclusa questa, per cui potrebbe valere la pena di analizzare anche le precedenti iterazioni delle canzoni che l'armata, sotto forma di Gabriel, ti sottoporrà(soprattutto considerando che il 70% di esse sono state scritte per la prima cantante, un 15% per la seconda e solo il restante 15% per l'ottima Jansen). Oltretutto questo ti distinguerebbe dalla massa informe di reactor che vogliono solo visualizzazioni e "mi piace". Ogni era dei Nightwish ha la sua bellezza e le sue canzoni, ma soprattutto è stata plasmata da e per la vocalist che contraddistingue ognun di esse. Buona scoperta e grazie per la bella analisi! ^^

@@TrainingVoiceilaria i primi 5 album dei Nightwish sono stati scritti e composti per la voce di Tarja Turunen, i successivi 2 per la voce e le caratteristiche di Annette Olzon e gli ultimi 2 per quella di Floor Jansen, quindi gran parte delle canzoni che ti verranno richieste (in qualunque versione) sono originariamente state cantate da Tarja (tutte le canzoni dei NW cui hai reagito finora sono originariamente cantate da lei). Penso per le singole canzoni ti basti verificare sulla pagina Wikipedia dei Nightwish a che album appartiene ciascuna, visto che YT non permette l'uso dei link. Se posso permettermi un'ultima considerazione, se vuoi sentire la versione live di Tarja di Ghost Love Score, NON usare la versione di End of an Era, visto che quel giorno era influenzatissima e si sente (e cinonostante alcune delle canzoni di quel concerto sono autentiche perle). Magari prova la versione del 2004 in Romania ;) . E se farai Annette, l'utente Metalwish ha delle bellissime versioni rimasterizzate di molte sue performance live. Deep voices are my favourite, too, so then you'll probably love JP's voice as much as I do. 😁 I would say either "Colder" by his first band Charon or his first solo song "Kuoppa" would be good places to start. (The second one is a more acoustic style rather than metal but I think it shows his range quite well.) Any of his collaborations with Dark Sarah would be awesome too.

Floor è pura magia. Pensa che lei aveva provato a fare l’accademia per lirico e gli insegnanti le dicevano che non era in grado, e ora è qui😂 alla faccia loro. Poi questa canzone non nasce per la sua voce; i Nightwish hanno avuto tre cantanti e questa canzone era stata fatta per la prima di queste quindi la potenza di Floor sta anche nel cantare qualcosa di “non suo”. Ti consiglio di ascoltare anche Ghost Love Score (nightwish), The phantom of the opera (bestzangers 2019 mi pare di Floor con Henk) e se vuoi qualcosa in piu con Marko consiglio The Islander (live in Tampere)

Mi unisco anche io all'espressione - Alla faccia loro - perché non solo ha una timbro molto bello (e qui è natura) ma anche una presenza scenica pazzesca ed è molto brava e versatile. Ho visto che ha cantato tantissimi altri brani, anche di altri generi e tutti ne parlano benissimo quindi non vedo l'ora di scoprire anche lei a 360 gradi. E aggiungo un'ultima cosa - non dimentichiamoci che questo è un live e cantare su tutta quella musica e rimanere così precisi non è da tutti - ma sono felice di ascoltarti così, perché quando gli artisti sono bravi sul serio, vanno ascoltati rigorosamente LIVE !
