my chair's gas cylinder does not lock in place. the chair moves up when i get up and sinks to the bottom when i sit without locking in the middle. do you know how to change that so it will lock?
Think you missed one! Your arms look like mine - and they will slide in and out (to the left and right) if you press the button on the inside. That's why the arm cover has that weird design - it shows where the button is!
