@@ShawnKoh I went to his office and tried it out for myself, it's 100% worth the price and the best chair I've ever sat on. I think he felt it didn't look premium in terms of aesthetics, but I disagree on that entirely. However, he did acknowledge that it's a top tier chair and why it's pretty expensive, once I showed him what it excels at.
      Edit 1:
I did order one for myself and it arrived a few days ago. I've been loving it so far, but I've had some pain in my outer thighs if I sit on it for a long amount of time. I'm not sure if it's down to the seat not being big enough for me or whether I'm not sitting on it properly. I will see how it goes for the next few days, if I continue to get leg pain I'll exchange it for the size C Aeron.
      Edit 2:
I ended up returning the Mirra 2, since the leg pain did go away when I learned how to sit better, the but the seat pan still felt a little small.
I ended up getting the Aeron size c, and it's been absolutely amazing so far. The seat pan is generous and I have had 0 leg pain issues since buying it. I did initially get some discomfort in my back, but it's subsided over time due to my posture improving.

Another thing is...if u buy the Aeron and Mirra 2 in Singapore, it is not true that the Mirra is cheaper. There is not only Xtra that sells herman miller. Other parallel importers sell Aerons much cheaper than the mirra 2 and most Singaporeans buy from the parallel importers instead of Xtra which cost like $500 to $600 more. Warranty wise is similar, just that the parallel importers will be the one helping you with the warranty. It is the same as well in the USA. If people were to buy from authorised dealers instead of Herman Miller directly, they will save big margins like 40 percent off the listed price by Herman Miller.

@@ShawnKoh i am an owner of multiple Aerons. I resell quite a few to make some money as well. Prefer how the Aeron classic feels when your bum hits on it because it has the hammock feeling to it due to the tilt angle on the older classic model. Currently my daily driver is the Aeron remastered and i sold all my classics away just because of the 12 year warranty and though the seat feeling is diff from the classic, the mesh on the remastered is better in terms of breathability and design. Feels more sturdy as compared to the Classic Aeron's mesh. Classic Aeron's mesh seems to be softer and feels more prone to sagging, but of course i doubt it will sag since its tested with time. In terms of ergotune, I subscribed to a credit card and will be given a free ergotune haha... but thats like 3 months away. Just for fun to get that free gift, i am sure i will sell that away.

After sitting in the Aeron for about a year, it just hurt. The plastic dug into my thighs and it forced me to sit one way and one way only. In comes the Mirra 2 - the ability to bend the front part of the chair down is a game changer. The plastic rim is less than half of the width of the plastic on the Aeron. Don't sleep on the Mirra, I did for the longest time. My Mirra 2 is now my work chair and Embody for gaming at night.
