Can You Beat the Dead Rising Nightmare Zombies Mod on New Game Including Every Boss Fight?

After trying No Damage I thought I'd explore more Dead Rising challenges:
The Nightmare mod is simple - All Zombies can run and will immediately aggro to Frank West.
If that doesn't sound hard enough I'm doing this on New Game and also defeating every single boss in the game.
