Another outstanding speech by Justice Nariman. He is undoubtedly one of the best ever to have presided over the apex court of India. Justice Nariman’s discourse on practicality not being important reminds me of what Jim Carrey said in one of the speeches delivered in convocation of a University. He said that practicality is the guise behind Which we hide our fears. Damn the practicality. Do what your heart says. And you will get there.

In the 90s, one of my classmates became a Politician (name not revealed). I was for a moment excited. I asked him can I also join your party? Do you think I might have a future in Politics?
My friend replied, “Put away all your Lawbooks in the Godown, especially the Bulky Book on the Constitutional Law first”.
Yesterday I packed up my books on the constitutional law and other legal books on the fundamental rights into a big cardboard box. I don’t know when I’ll get the opportunity to open them again 😥

Respected Sirs,
You all are appreciate yourselves promoting each other within Judicial circle. We as common man ashamed about Indian judicial system today. It has detoriated to very low level. Political influence has infiltrated at level. Justice is far to reach poor and under privileged. Starting from lower court to supreme court, many verdicts are controversial, unethical and against Law.
Arab Goswami can get access to Supreme court and can get bail within few days!
Even former home minister had to wait for several months.
Babri Masjid verdict has brought a clear picture about Indian judicial system. Many so call Lords(Judjes) reserving MP and Governor post while serving in court. Again feel ashamed about Indian judicial system. We lost respect to these so call Lords who has to answer to real Lord one day!!!
