Ive watched about 10 full trials in my adulthood and I dont think Ive ever known someone was lying on the stand until I came to this trial. Not only did one person lie, every single witness has lied.
They dont remember anything about anything, but somehow they ALL remember Miu saying "im looking for little girls" verbatim, to a T, without fail. Every single witness heard it somehow, yet nothing else this group of witnesses remembers was consistent. That one phrase that wasnt recorded on camera was remembered by all, and yet it doesnt make sense that he would say it and he did nothing to make you assume he would say it, and there were no little girls and he wasnt looking for any little girls.
Furthermore, you can clearly see every witness on every day of this trial trying to figure out the angle of the question before answering it to the defense. Theres so much pushback, you can see the lying and manipulating going on and its disgusting.
Self defense. Not guilty. Charge Jawahn for instigating and the two that assaulted him without having actually seen him punch the girl. They started everything and ensured he had to defend himself. He had no choice. He was simply looking for a phone, and as a result also his snorkel.
He owed no explanation to anyone, those kids didnt own that part of the river, they could have simply kept floating down the river after the millisecond he touched their tube to see if the phone his friend lost was the one Jawahn was holding up to try and film some stupid Worldstar moment.

AMEN, I agree to Miu never having said a word about "lil girls" and it being the statement, agreed on by the lawyers, to be repeated by every young man. These Prosecution lawyers can't hold a candle to Miu's character. Their language is accusatory and disgusting, just like those remarks on the River.. I can understand why they, at least this one is defending bullies. Bullies and Narc's think their smarter than everyone else, and people don't see their lies and deceit. I agree with your assessment and glad you stood up for truth and Mr. Miu, Thank you!

Did anyone notice, Mui thought Anthony Carlson was going to help him up out of the water?? He reached out his hand and expected a human kindness?? Like someone should have?? But AC walked by him, then turned back and shouted at him. NO ONE helped or defended Mui, at all. I would have. Mui raised his arm 2 or 3 times for help. He was alone, and had every reason to fear and he was right, he was assaulted, first. Verbally then physically.

So the judge ends up making it $1,000,000 cash bond. Wisconsin makes you pay 100% in cash btw. Now this guy has been sitting in prison for the lady 22 months. Just for protecting himself from a mob of drunken fools who believed they were beating a pedophile because drunk high schoolers decided to gas light an old man minding his own business. This guy literally never left them alone. If he was scared all he had to do was keep going forward. Dude was being a creep and every drunk high school/college kid would have done the same. Start yelling names and lies about him in front of the entire crowd. Chase him down, push him in the water, circle him while continuing to taunt and yell at him. How was he to know if any had any weapons? Even with NO weapons you have an entire group of kids against 1 man. A man who was doing nothing but trying to find his friends cell phone that was dropped in the water. A man who has never once had any problems with the law or violence in his life. A man who previously had a bypass heart surgery and wasnt in the best of health. Was the knife overkill? Sure. Did he swing back to block one? We don’t know because we can’t see it. He very well ignored their verbal mob attack, watch the 3 minute video of the whole thing in slow motion.
The first knife action was as one of the boys was coming to shove him again, and had his hand on his throat. He reached out. With a knife in his hand. No lunge, no attack. I wonder how many of the others got hurt that same way, him swinging the knife around as they all got close enough to be in his range….. in the 25 seconds. I can see we’re all split just about 50/50 on this incident from these comments. There’s a chance the state may have overcharged this case, but here’s my take -
These boys were underage drinking and drugging - terrible.
They were creeped out by an old man they thought was high or trippin, and acted like a bunch of mean girls - terrible.
Others came around to their defense and escalated things - terrible.
That being said, this man acted like a total creep that day, and if you’ve ever had teen brothers, or raised teen boys, you know that they act like idiots a lot of the time, whether drunk or not. This man ran over to them, stuck his hands in their stuff, touched one of their legs, stayed there after being asked to leave, and refused to just walk away, which he EASILY could have done over and over again. He got physical first, and then it was on. No one pulled weapons, no one threatened to kill him, no one trapped him. He gutted and stabbed several people, and walked away like nothing happened. The most damning thing for me is that he took no action - he should have called 911 himself, should have looked for or approached police himself, tossed the knife, acted like he had no clue what happened, lied to detectives, and played dumb. That is total consciousness of guilt! And that’s why I believe they charged him the way they did. Personally I believe he’s guilty af, but we’ll see what the jury says.

The rational part of a teen’s brain isn’t fully developed and won’t be until age 25 or so,
In fact, recent research has found that adult and teen brains work differently. Adults think with the prefrontal cortex, the brain’s rational part. This is the part of the brain that responds to situations with good judgment and an awareness of long-term consequences.
Teens process information with the amygdala. This is the emotional part. In teens' brains, the connections between the emotional part of the brain and the decision-making center are still developing-and not always at the same rate. That’s why when teens have overwhelming emotional input, they can’t explain later what they were thinking. They weren’t thinking as much as they were feeling.
Although the brain stops growing in size by early adolescence, the teen years are all about fine-tuning how the brain works. The part of the brain behind the forehead, called the prefrontal cortex, is one of the last parts to mature. This area is responsible for skills like planning, prioritizing, and making good decisions.
Changes to the areas of the brain responsible for social processes can lead teens to focus more on peer relationships and social experiences. The emphasis on peer relationships, along with ongoing prefrontal cortex development, might lead teens to take more risks because the social benefits outweigh the possible consequences of a decision. These risks could be negative or dangerous.
Because the teen brain is still developing, teens may respond to stress differently than adults. This could increase teens’ chances of developing stress-related mental illnesses such as anxiety and depression.

If miu, as a grown-ass adult, can’t disengage and ignore some obnoxious high schoolers and return to his wife and friend group to enjoy yalls outing he should have stayed home and watched espn or build a birdhouse. try being a young woman in public. we aren’t allowed to knife groups of friends who speak to us crudely or even threateningly.
miu likely knew those boys were there and being raucous when he insisted on going back to look for the lost phone (miu was backtracking). all his behavior before and after and his demeanor and smirk during the attack come off as someone wanting to punish rather than someone wanting to survive. those young people deserved to live their lives and grow from their mistakes without the trauma miu inflicted on them.

He throws away the knife, in an attempt to get rid of the evidence, and he lies about everything that had just occurred. He must have thought he had one when he brought it to trial, but by now after watching the first 3 days in full and half of today (the 6th day), I can tell you, this case is done. Its a joke. This is the worst trial Ive ever seen. Its clear all the witnesses have collaborated to lie about the phrase "I am looking for little girls" and the fake punch to the girls face with no evidence beyond a bunch of violent kids saying it happened.
Its crazy. Ive watched many trials in full and never seen so many coordinated lies as I do here. They forget almost every detail that would help the defense and somehow they ALL remember with clarity when he said hes looking for a little girl. Same with the punch. They all somehow knew it happened though most of them admit they never even saw it. Some say they heard her get punched but never heard him get punched multiple times. Absolute joke.

They created a frenzy and incited a crowd. They labeled an innocent man a pedophile - he was subsequently judged and treated as though he was one. He was then attacked by a baying, laughing mob. This man was never given an opportunity to defend himself. The ‘adults’ are fully responsible for what happened next and they should be ashamed of themselves. They did not give him a chance to explain himself. They incited violence and triggered a tragedy and I hope remember that for the rest of their lives.
Isaac Schuman and the other teens would never have escalated the situation without the boost they got from the adults. Every adult involved in that conflict should be charged.

They were taunting this man. Older gentlemen I believe it was self defense 13 people against 1 man he feared for his life.

Feared for his life? He was the one with the weapon. All they had was loud obnoxious mouths.
If he didn’t hide his knife, show them he had one, they would have let him walk away…albeit probably laughing and yelling insults at him. But at his “old age” eventually he would have been far enough away he wouldn’t have heard them. He could have cried over his hurt feelings later. And no one would be seriously hurt or dead.

That lady that came over, put her hands on him and shoved her phone up in his face started the whole chain of events and then Cockfield started inciting a riot and filming it for his stupid internet clout so they could upload a tiktok video of the big young drunk and drugged thugs embarrassing and slapping around a older guy, holding him down in the water while jumping around like monkeys and shouting. It was obvious that Cockfield was causing the violence to escalate, I dont think the drunk thugs intended to kill Mui, but we will never know

Anybody with a brain would not stuck around there and argue with kids. He should have went back to his wife. Then the problem would have been solved he was the adult and should have acted like one. No one was keeping him from leaving....

Completely agree. He allowed a bunch of teenagers acting and yelling like the boisterous teens they were , hurt his feelings and he knifed them. Killing one. He’s a pathetic excuse for a “man”. An adult man at that. With presumably a well developed brain, who could have brandished the knife, told them to back off, and walked away. Instead he hid the knife.

The man was protecting himself against a bunch of young adults.
Dude recording was the instigator. Dont be calling people pedophiles and rapers. He is the boy who cried wolf.

Where would they have got the idea of calling him a pedo if he didn’t say something about little girl ? I mean sure they could have just came out with it but what are the chances of coming out with that verses any other obnoxious stuff ?

    • @Kknah91
      @Kknah91 Месяц назад

It’s extremely likely they came up with it on their own. If you’re online enough you’ll notice how often people are called that these days on different social media platforms. There are RUclips channels that expose pedos and confront them to make a video. Every other week it seems lots of celebrities or content creators are “exposed” for talking to minors and being “cancelled”. It’s a very prevalent topic online lately, and this generation knows the dog pile that occurs as a result of an accusation like that, because they see it everyday online. The slightest odd behaviour turns into you being a creep, and probably a pedo.

By day 3, every prosecution witness sounds like they are in a mass hysteria event. Their memories of the day are completely obliterated by what they have heard others say and the videos they've seen. Why they would put Larrion Davis on the stand is beyond me.
