i would love to see this again, but instead of the wheel, you could use the random number generator, roll 2 numbers and go with that!

How about 1 spin for square feet as an example 10-50 if the generator lands on 23 then that room has 23 squares. Room can be in any shape. For example 16 sq ft could be a 4*4 ; 2*8 1*16
if you do this again, you could put 1-7 on the wheel and spin twice for a room so it's even more random

And to make it even more interesting, the first number must always be the width, and the second number must always be the depth. So a 7x3 room must be 7 tiles wide and 3 tiles deep.

I like how you chose to place the rooms connecting to the previous rooms immediately. Nothing said you had to do that. Could’ve done it where you choose what room it is first (like you did) but do all the connections after. Ie like the 2nd room you decided was a kitchen, could’ve decorated it and then set it aside, then when you eventually chose a living room, make it and connect that to the entryway and then connect the kitchen after that.

I’d like to add that when she rolled both the kitchen and dining room, I was SCREAMING when she didn’t make it a hallway with a staircase. These roomsizes were perfect for that, and she could’ve added it to the entry hallway.

This house reminds me of the apartment me and my family use to live in, when entering there would be the greeting area or whatever it was called, there would be a short hall which led to the living on the left. And in front it led to the kitchen, which led to the living room and another hallway. In the hallway, at the end was the master bedroom that was my parents bedroom. And in the hall on the left was a bedroom that was my and my older brother's room and on the right was a bathroom.

@@Eja132 yeah :( I get that. I only have a laptop and it’s not strong enough for cc so it does suck when you realize you can’t use it. At least for me I like to live vicariously through others builds! Especially since your stuck using the EA content it’s nice to see something different 😁

I just got an idea! Not sure if it’s been done before but what if you have a wheel with the rooms instead of the sizes, and when you spin it you have to make that room next. So you can either give yourself the buffer of having an entryway or not but after that you could end up walking straight into the bathroom and it’ll have to lead to the kitchen, archway right to the bedroom, etc. You have to place the door/archway down first too so you’re stuck with it lol.
I just think it could make for a ridiculous house haha

I honestly would love to see something similar, where you roll a one, bigger number, which will tell you how many squares is in one room. You can make it rectangular, square, or uneven, as long as the exact number of squares is in that room. That could be fun imo :D

You should do a mix of two challenges you should do the sims 4 but every room is a different size and budget so you spin a wheel to decide the size of that room and then spin a different wheel (or use a random generator) to decide your budget for that room

Sasha just refusing to use smaller dining tables that would solve all her problems is the best.
The way pictures would be hung on walls with the fancy molding was with a picture rail-a line of railing along the top of the wall but not touching the ceiling, usually made to look like part of the molding. Then they would use long chains attached to the frame.
NOT her absolutely obliterating walking into kitchens first when EVERY house i have been to in my country just goes straight to the kitchen s i d e e y e

Funny story about it is, that I did not have it there all along and was pretty annoyed because I always created puddles. Then I started to wonder why there are Rugs in Sims kitchens infront of the sinks and I thought it's brilliant of an idea so I just transfered it into real life! 😂

Why do I have a faint memory of Sasha doing this odd room size challenge before with the random number generator? Like it would randomise two numbers respectively one at a time. And then there'd be odd room sizes/shapes, because it could be like 7×2 or 9×3 or something. If I _am_ remembering correctly, I hope she does it again sometime that way. This video was really fun and that would be too.
