Soo excited for this !!! So much inspiration ! I might be getting a new Monday to Friday job being a patient educator and floor nurse ! Will need meal plans and freezer options for the family !
Yay!!! I was lying in bed in pain and agony. And feeling sad and lonely… I’m very glad you posted this video so down at least will not be bored. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
I'm loving this freezer meal preps. I will be working from home all this holidays. And I will be having my toddler. Home from school 😲🤫I will have to squeeze this meal pre during my 1 day off🤔. We need more videos!!!
Another video where you just blow my mind how you do all that you do ! You're definitely a super woman Jen ! I work full-time also and am a wife and mother of 3 and I struggle to get dinner on the table for my family just 3 nights a week and keep laundry and dishes caught up ! I'm a mess ! Lol. Love your videos Jen ! I'm so jealous tho !
Am I the only one reliving Jen's Cancun trip from 2019??? I've gone to all inclusives for a decade as my birthday is in December and am really missing the anticipation this year! But so enjoyed rewatching Jen's 1st all inclusive 🤗❣
Everything looked Delicious😋😋😋 😋 I would try the chicken 🐔 Swiss casserole and lasagna!! Very motivational and I like how clean you keep your surroundings while you cook!!🤗🤗👍👍👍
Love freezer meals! It’s always so handy to have them on hand. Everything looked yummy! Picky eaters are definitely difficult. My youngest and my husband are really picky and it drives me crazy sometimes. 😂
Thanks for the meal ideas and price breakouts :-) I will be recreating these dishes at home and will definitely make a Misen purchase. You never disappoint with awesome videos!:)
I'm not sure if you've answered this before, but how do you store your wisen knife? I know most people have a block, but I've read somewhere that improper storage of knives can make them dull faster.
Definitely gonna make the black bean burgers and cranberry chicken,. I’m so jealous on your food prices. I added all the stuff to my local Walmart app and it came out to $54 total. Some items were the exact same price but others were way more like the meat, bread, can goods, pasta. Thanks for sharing great ideas too. I live in CA and nit even the expensive area like Silcon valley.
Yeah I read another comment, in CA food prices have gone up. For 2 people I spent $170 dollars. I enjoy these recipe ideas, maybe 2x i could week switch to vegetarian meals. I also think recipes with less ingredients will help save money too. I'm a work in progress. LOL
You sold me on the knife. I need a really good knife and the price was right. I also got the paring knife. With your discount, I paid $76.00 for both. Thanks
I always write the name of the dish and baking instructions directly on the foil with a sharpie. No need for a sticker or post it note. I have not used the stickers but post it notes tend to fall off in the freezer.
1.99 for chicken breast is my dream..... I live in Digby, Nova Scotia, which is a very small fishing community and we pay about 7-10 dollars for a pound of chicken breast.
Just curious Jen, on the Swiss Chicken Bake, you used cream of chicken soup and yet the recipe calls for a can of cream of MUSHROOM soup - any reason you made this change?
In the lasagna casserole, could you use ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese?? I think using cottage cheese in lasagna is such a Midwestern thing. I was born and raised in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn and we would never use cottage cheese with pasta. Just something that isn’t done. I would think you could. I’m not sure I would like the flavor of the cottage cheese, or my family.
@@shelleyoneil1337 I’ve seen other Midwestern cooks use only cottage cheese. Also states like Oklahoma. The Pioneer Woman uses cottage cheese. With ricotta it depends on the beans. The fresher it is, the moister it is.
I watch your videos so often that I almost feel like you live here 😂🤣
Me too!
Man lol
Just want to let you know YOU’RE AMAZING! Don’t know how you do everything you do but I love watching your videos. So motivating! Thank you.

Your Swiss chicken stuffing also does beautifully in a freezer bag then dumped in the crock pot on low for 8 hours!

Cilantro is the Spanish word for coriander it's the same plant.. Fun fact!!!!!
Yes in Australia we call it coriander rather than cilantro

Love freezer meals! It’s always so handy to have them on hand. Everything looked yummy! Picky eaters are definitely difficult. My youngest and my husband are really picky and it drives me crazy sometimes. 😂
I have ZERO freezer space, but I love the dinner ideas! 💕
I bought the Misen chef knife with your discount code a couple weeks ago...it's fantastic! Thanks for the recommendation.
Got the Misen knife set two months ago when you first mentioned...great knives but be careful if you have been use to using dull knives..super sharp👍😬
I have everything except the cranberries. Going to get them and make them all this afternoon. Thanks
I want to try the Swiss chicken bake since I have some turkey stuffing on hand and don't know what to do with it
Great recipes!!

I bought the chef's knife and the paring knife, love them both.
This video had a Christine feel like her "get it all done" had a Jen feel. 🤎
I will definitely try the lasagna bake! Looks easy which is a plus for me! Lol
All the dishes look delicious jen! 💖
That cranberry chicken looks so fancy and yummy! 😊
That cranberry chicken looked good. Might try that but with boneless thighs.
Good video. Thanks Jen.

Me too!!
Me too!!!!
I haven’t caught up on your channel in over a week 🙂 excited to catch up! ❤️🥰
this all looked so yum! 😋I wonder if I could just throw all the chicken broccoli bake into the crockpot and not do separate cooking 🤔
Been waiting all evening for you to post something 🥰
I'm not sure if you've answered this before, but how do you store your wisen knife? I know most people have a block, but I've read somewhere that improper storage of knives can make them dull faster.
I have a knife block :)

I can’t wait to try the knife! I ordered on for Christmas for me and one for a gift!
Now I'm hungry for chicken and cranberries. Yum!
Your hair looks amazing in that colour and tone (just a side note /compliment)
Hey Jen! Have a good one.

I have got to try the black bean burgers! They really looked good to me. 👍🏻

You crack me up....you are becoming a Food Network star!
I always write the name of the dish and baking instructions directly on the foil with a sharpie. No need for a sticker or post it note. I have not used the stickers but post it notes tend to fall off in the freezer.
You look like a nice person !
i would love to see you do a gluten free week similar to when you did keto!
I should try that!
1.99 for chicken breast is my dream..... I live in Digby, Nova Scotia, which is a very small fishing community and we pay about 7-10 dollars for a pound of chicken breast.
Where can I buy that pepper grinder 😍
Good Morning 👋💙❤️💜👍🦃🦃🦃
I feel you on picky kids at dinner... *eye roll*
Just curious Jen, on the Swiss Chicken Bake, you used cream of chicken soup and yet the recipe calls for a can of cream of MUSHROOM soup - any reason you made this change?
I don't like mushrooms :)
Love it. Ok let me watch now. Lol
Can you use red kidney beans instead of black beans?.
I would think so!
Poor garlic *whack* 🤣🤣
Flax eggs?

Not Midwest and I always you half ricotta and have cottage cheese. I always feel ricotta only is too dry and cottage cheese only too wet. Lol
@@shelleyoneil1337 I’ve seen other Midwestern cooks use only cottage cheese. Also states like Oklahoma. The Pioneer Woman uses cottage cheese. With ricotta it depends on the beans. The fresher it is, the moister it is.
