Does the turning chain count as a stitch on row 2?
can it be worn around the neck?
row 2 and row 3 are using the same stitch, why do i need to use 2 chain before flipping over? (i am new so im trying to understand)
I’m not entirely sure, but I think it’s to have adequate turning space, life if you’re doing double crochet rows
