After 06:12 screen shows only " how do you want to install Ubuntu" . Other options not showing like in video. And also next button also disabled. Can uou help ?
i recently installed Ubuntu 24.04 but as soon as it reboots after installation my laptop's touchpad and keyboards doesn't work. Even the pointer is not visible. Any ideas how to fix this? I've already reinstalled it twice by now
When i selected try and install Ubuntu(dual boot) "gspca_gl860: ctrl transfer failed -110" this message showed up... Then Ubuntu 24.04 lts installation window opened , at the final stage a message popped up saying system program problem detected..what should I do now???
You should create a /home partition. This is how I reinstall my linux. As long as you keep the same username when installing, all your customizations remain the same from install to install.
I have old laptop with i7 4320u, 1tb ssd, 8gb ram, Ubuntu is very slow in that, but if I install win10, it's very fast.. videos in browser always stuck.. any reason?
The latest ubuntu 24.04 has some issues with my machine. The new os shows black screen some times and it blinks the screen any time. I tried to change the desktop environment and installed the ubuntu-mate but the problem still arises. I think that this virsion of ubuntu has some issues with display drivers.

Very big issues. I had to drop back to 22.04. I kept getting screen freeze.
That's why I think we should give that anonymous information to canonical of hardware so that they can work on new and old hardware for the support.
