This probably has to be my new favorite hairstyle and I’ve received so many comments messages and DMs about my perm rod set, making it a clear favorite. Look no further, here’s the full tutorial of how to achieve the PERFECT perm rod set.
Spec:
Started on blow dried hair (Lessens the drying time)
*Products Used: Mousse and Gel
Use medium to small sections so that your hair dries quickly (if air drying)
*Make sure hair is fully dry because taking down perm rods.
