Buddhism is more a philosophy than a religion, it is open ended and has less dogma... Robot priests will be able to answer more consistently Buddhist questions. But in religions like Catholicism, dogma, triggers challenges and very conflicting answers to many questions . My humble guess, (I am not a theologist)... thanks for your video.
gross answer.. its like ur saying its ok that a robot do it no matter what.. why cant a human do it. philosophy or not, there will still be a connection... something a robot can never ever do.
Didn't understand, they recognize the existence and worship what we christians classify as demons (spiritual beings that are neither human neither the angels that serve God) but don't recognize the existence nor worship God himself?
@@Juliana-du3kk Problem is: spiritual reality is a serious thing. We christians recognize "spiritual entities", like a fairy from russian fable or god Apollo" as demons. O problema é: a realidade espiritual é um negócio sério. Nós cristãos reconhecemos "entidades espirituais" que aparecem entre as culturas, como uma "fada" ou o "deus" Apolo como demônios, e não os verdadeiros anjos do Céu que ficaram lá e servem a Deus até hoje, mas são os que desceram junto com o diabo e fazem-se adorar nas nações. Daí a questão do perigo.
Maybe a god in a different concept. In buddhist cosmology there are gods and demons but there is no supreme creator god like in the Christian sense and as far as i know there is no pure embodiment of evil like satan. There are concepts of Heaven and Hell in buddhism but it is not an absolute go to place that we go to when we die. Heaven and Hell are one of the realms of rebirth. Im not expert in Buddhism but im just sharing my knowledge to you. I guess in Christianity salvation comes from the divine. In buddhism, salvation comes from within and the Buddha teaches and guides us on how to realize and actualize that "salvation" in our lives. Hope that helps brother
But the Bible reveals there is only One True God. And the One True God instructs us in the Ten Commandments: “You shall have no other gods before me. I'm sorry I will not bow down to no one but Jesus Christ the one who die for our sin.
Just read mindar in the new episode of National Geographic magazine. Kinda cool, if I could get all the answer through a robot in a zen and Buddhist way.
Saying such a thing can't be translated to the christian faith makes no sense. It's just an animated digital book, not so different from a digital bible. Or you could see it as a video of a preacher played back on, instead of a video screen, an animatronic. It's basically a Disney attraction but with religious content.
This man believes there is no God and man has no soul but he believes in worshiping a robot? 2 Timothy 3:1-5 ESV But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people.
Yes, there is no God and there is no soul. You are bunch of inter-reacting atoms that make you conscious. You idiot the robot is made of same atoms that is made of your Jesus statue. So no Bullshit! Yes, I agree with you at the rest of statement about human devaluation. And Buddha taught this long before Jesus. In fact, there is chance that Jesus was also influenced by Buddha.
If human questions are answered by a machine, these questions and answers are useless. If Buddhism finds this robot useful in answering the questions of its devotees, Buddhism is useless. A=B, B=C, A=C. Easy.

yeah Buddhism is not more of a philosophy than a religion. It is a religion. This narrative is only seen in the western view of Buddhism

Demons are a common entity in asian folklore. Like dragons. God is very different topic, very particular to monotheist western religions

so nobody is talking about land of lustrous here?
Can't really compare it to a robot Jesus since he's kinda the main deity, a robot angel would bit more of an accurate comparison.
Anime tho !!!!!??????
