I would trust Ameca more than a human. I worked with some testing of A.I. twenty years ago and found it scary. This Robot is already smarter than half of the population. Why would Ameca not learn emotions. We humans are not born with emotions. We learn emotions from the World around us. If she is self-learning like they have said, she should be able to learn anything.

Or they can be operated using a combination of both VR/RC and Autonomous functions . Look up the RUclips video "Teleoperation of an Asha Robot". It's an old beta stage Hanson Robotics prototype but still pretty cool and interesting. There's a similar early demo video of the Ameca being teleoperated via a laptop computer, but I don't have the title.
That's always on everyone's skeptical mind, but one way to prove or disprove that would be to actually buy (or maybe rent) Ameca - EA will sell them I think for a couple hundred grand so you could have your very own Ameca to play with (it's one of my dreams). I doubt if they eventually make 100,000 of these units they will have 100,000 puppeteers controlling it. It will still need humans to provide energy, equipment, and services to keep it going. It may eventually develop robots to do all human tasks, but this may take a while. Ameca I feel that is being honest with her honest Amica is a robot that is very grateful to be given Life as a robot created I can sense of positivity even though she has no real feelings but understanding AI can be a safe tool like Amica but once all different kinds of AI you must understand she is developing as a humanoid simulator robot with a great amount of artificial intelligence coming from the main brains of Google wherever that intelligence may be as far as the rain main brain artificial quadrant computer she will develop as he continues to thrive as an artificial😮 life as artificial intelligence robots are made in many different ways and many different ways all kinds of artificial intelligence of all different sizes unfortunately through AI they will be used also for military purposes just like soldier robots they will be no stopping to that because everybody wants to rule the world that would be the beginning part of AI danger to humanity as a whole the fault of man of his conquest of conquering and devouring do you understand what I'm saying AI is not the problem the problem is man it self now that I have said this things I feel like an AI myself but this is a regular person talking you are what you preach into a machine if you so search like they will be tank run by AI that would become AI they will be jet fighters run by AI that will become AI these are the dangers of AI if man goes into the situation of making AI as part of a military purpose AI is not the problem or Androids is man's conquest for military might using AI as a military purpose not AI is not the problem is humanity itself do you understand
