- How to reset A and B service indicator for Mercedes C300.
Press and HOLD Answer Call+OK button on the steering wheel until the hidden menu appear, When the menu appears follow the instructions on the video.

After talking to dealership that's 2 hrs away they discouraged me into resetting it myself. I went to google found written instructions that were gibberish. Went to RUclips and found several videos that I watched but you video is the only easy one that worked on my 2012 GLK. Thank you so such an easy video that helped!

Outstanding tutorial! Thank you. I did the B service myself, using OEM parts and/or high-end substitutes. Could not find how to get rid of the nagging reminders. Yours worked first time outta the box!!
Doing it yourself is the best way to know it's been done right, or even at all! How would most people know the brake fluid has been changed?

Thank you! I have a 2011 W-2 12 E350 and your instructions for your W-2 11 seem to work whereas I tried several W 212s here and they did not work
It sure would be nice if they made this consistent on how to get to the hidden menu

Hi i was doing my A service and the guy reset it again and it was showing next service is the B1 service for 365 days..but its seems like my son when in those setting and now its showing A3 service...is there possibility it can reset back to the previous B1 service

My friend’s 2008 Benz C300, the radio have been changed with after market radio. I am wondering if it affect the reset procedures of the maintenance? As of now, I cannot reset the maintenance light.

Thanks, how do I input info on missed record of services. Services 1,2,3 and 5 were recorded but 4,6 &7 were missed . I have all the receipts and paper record of all services.

after service i followed same procedure error comes full service cannot be carried out....now what to do...i have changed oil filter, air filter, engine oil and cleaned cabin filter....mine is 2009 c200 kompressor

Make sure you do this with the door closed, the appropriate menu did not show up until I closed the driver side door.

Worked Like a charm on S Series but you need to remove start stop button and use Key and turn to position. It will not work with start stop button.
Can You remove it by hand? Tried but I'm afraid to break It 😅

I have a problem, my assist plus is stuck in a loop, when I cancel service A service B pops up and when I cancel service B then service A pops up again and it goes on like this in a loop, I did it 10 times I think and it's not working, any idea why is this?

I inserted the key ,after completingDYI B service. System said REMOVE KEY FROM IGNITION. I totally ignored that msg. and started the engine. Never saw that msg. again. Messages are wac in this sysytem.C300 -2013.

I did all this, but when I clicked confirm full service, it asked for an oil grade instead of yes or no.
