@@Rchelicopterfun Because when i tried to follow your instructions with the switch i auto, the menu did not show up. In Norway it is prescribed to allways have full light in daytime, and with the swich in auto, there is full light in the headlights. When I switched to zero, the headligts are off -and suddenly the menu came up! Thank you for the video. Now the service reminder is turned off.
This procedure comes right out of the Mercedes tech manual (AP00.20-p-0042cv service reset). It applies to MY 2010 to 2013 as far as I know (this was a 2012 model). If it's not working for you, all I can guess is you missed a step, or something is wrong with your button interface.
I have a 2011 350 GLK service B0 message. I get to Assyst Plus click ok but the full-service menu doesn't come up for me to select and confirm. What do I do now?
Not working for me. Lights set to manual, all doors closed when i press the ok button and talk button at the same time the trip odometer reset pop up immediately 😮💨
Remember to set the main light switch to position 0, not auto
Why?

Must be different then in different markets. This is a Canadian spec and was in auto & worked fine. Good to know there are differences.
Yep same issue with me thankfully I saw this comment and it worked. Headlight definitely needs to be at 0 not A (auto)
Worked like a charm. Had to use the first click with the key fob. Had tried the second and no luck.
Holding buttons didn’t take me to service menu... I get the “reset trip odometer” option. I have 2011 GLK in US

It is the opposite order for the 2010 model. You hold down the call button and then the Okay button.

@@ropdetut doesn't work
@@ChancellorsSpace worked for me
I've tried it 5 times, can't get to the Full Service link, I get a Service A reminder every time i start the 2011 GLK350

So you can look up if there is a service that needs to be done!? Thanks for this video, I got a glk350 and had no idea
Yes, by going into the service menu and then the assyst plus sub menu.
@@Rchelicopterfun do you have more videos on insight for Mercedes? I’m a new Benz owner and need to learn
Sorry, this is the only video I've ever posted on the GLK. The GLK section of the MBworld forum is loaded with good info: mbworld.org/forums/
@@Rchelicopterfun thank you

Then you are pressing the OK button before the Phone Connect Button. Make sure you press the Phone button slightly before the OK button.
