I want to compression hang. i have like 4 inches stretched flaccid SHAFT size. (I also have major turtling going on, if that matters). Should I get this malehanger, try a slimmer profile one from a different company (like totalman, says 1 inch), or try something like vacc hanging instead.
It might be difficult to use the male hanger with a vibration motor But you can use the malehanger and apex together Then pump with vibrations afterwards
