Red rock cod / Scorpionfish are great eating mate. The bigger ones have good thick meat - baked in the oven. Nice video - plenty of action
We caught so many that day but I didn’t film it, we released all of them, they were big too! I’ll keep one next time and try your recipe out! Cheers mate!
