tbh many centers call their blocks. jason and chris jones talked about it in a podcast, a veteran center, often times, is the one directing the oline, slide protection etc when they are paired w a young QB.
Hurts understood the assignment. that's how you come back the next year after making it to the super bowl and losing, making it to the super bowl again and winning.Eagkes win the Superbowl this year
Been watching the NFL since I've been a Kid 49 now Kelce is my favorite center hope he sticks it out a few more years BRONCO'S fan here but was glad the Eagles🦅 flew high on this game
When Jason makes call decision, you probably want to listen to him, the dude has the experience to do that. He would make a great coach if he wanted to :)
Bruh, non-football guys have no idea how crazy this is. The level of trust between these two guys have not been seen before. Its not like baseball where the pitcher can just shake off a pitch. This is a vet not allowing his QB to made a wrong read, and the relationship they gotta have for the QB to listen and role with his head man without his ego in mind. Im a chiefs fan, pat and kelce dont even have that imo
You're dramatizing it, tight ends are not tasked with anywhere near the responsibilities that centers have so that's a pretty weird comment. This is not uncommon if you have a veteran center and a young QB. Non football guys notice something relatively routine for the first time and wet their pants over it.
Meh, tight ends and centers are not comparable. And Travis kinda doing his own thing by running his own routes and mahomes trusting he will be out there

I'm a Giants fan, but I really appreciate this Eagles team. Not only Jason, Hurts and the offense, But also the defense, that DLine has some of my favorite pass rushers in the league.
Such an underrated duo those 2 positions. A good QB needs a good center and these 2 prove sometimes that’s just as necessary for success than having a great receiver. The eagles are a scary good team.
As a QB, if you make a check and your center turns around to tell you no while having to stay in position, you listen.. He just watched your life flash before his eyes
When I was an instrument man for a surveyor, my crew chief would sometimes make a mistake because he would have to keep track of so much, at times I'd have to correct him. I feel like being a QB is the same, you take in so much info when reading the defense, making adjustments, etc. A great center is a 2nd pair of eyes, and for young QBs, even more than that.
Jason Kelce: “Look at me. I am the captain now.”
😂😂😂
Fact 😂
Lmmfao
He was always the captain😂
LOL!
(Like, actual laughing, for realsies. Well done!)
Kelce the best center when it comes to the pull blocking he is elite
Should’ve ended that sentence after the word “center”
2 best centers in the league in this game

Except Jason Kelce is 10x the player Jalen Hurts is. Jalen will be out of the league in 4 years.

I agree with both of yall since Kelce is the one that snaps the ball...lol

Jalen listened to him too. Jason is an awesome guy
Yeah, that's where the block will be. I need my protection.
@@DDDD22244No, they didn't. If you look, Jalen gave the "run the original play" sign after Kelce advised against the audible.
Didn't really have a choice, the only thing worst than having the wrong call in is having everyone confused about what call it is.
Obviously he listened. Kelce runs that offense, not shitty hurts
