Erm what's funny? The double end bag has many uses and its use changes depending on how tight the cords are. If you loosen them off it becomes harder to hit and throw combos and you can also make sure you're moving your head as you punch cos if you dont it hits you in the face. Surprised you havent heard of this use if you box, at our gym we had about 5 double end bags at various heights and cord tightness.
He makes that look too easy. It's always good to know this sport doesn't grasp a hold of you overnight. That is one thing I def need to work on, which people say that's what ur best fighters train on
It also makes you feel similar to how you do in sparring. Things like missing and then tensing up instead of bringing your hands back and moving all show up when you use it. Biggest benefit is accuracy and timing, there's a reason so many people say they'd never do without it but never mention any other bags.
To work on speed, timing, accuracy, footwork, head movement....theyre very versatile and there are many different ways to use it. Its my favorite bag 👍🏻

no its not. its way to tight. alot of people have commented on wild cards gym double end bags. everyone says its too tight. it never moves, it just vibrates in one place. make sure the bag comes back at you

i put two bungee cords on the bottom and rope on top. If you need to make it tighter, you can always put knots in it to make it shorter.
