I feel like abraham is one of the most develop characters in the show and was such a waste to kill him off in seaon 7 he would of been really great in all out war and see how he would of reacted to eugene joining the saviors. He would of been great to see him fight against beta.
Im glad he got the negan kill. We needed something really impactful and a great character and imo Abraham was the best character on the show

A nice detail is that the weapon he mostly uses in the show is the M16. Which is likely what he was issued during his time in Iraq, it makes sense for him to choose it because he is so familiar with the gun.

@@TAMUThrowaway it given his age he likely was in the Gulf War. The standard issued rifle at the time was the M16A2 which is an upgrade of what he uses in the show, M16A1

If the GOAT didn't exist, Mr. Ford would easily be my favorite character. Would have loved to see where the show could have taken him for as long as possible, or in All Out War at the very least. So many good characters in this series.

I actually love the character of Aberham . He is up there with Negan .. ironic and sad I know but I like how they are both sassy and smart mouths , their accent and tbh aberham is a fucking unit !! Like a tank in man form !! 💕👏🏻

Think about the situation. He is answering Rosita with a bit of fact most men won't ever give up. He settled. He didn't choose, since in his own words he said he thought that Rosita was the last woman on earth. When faced with options he chose someone else. And fwiw, it looked like Ms. Espinoza wasted little time getting busy with the dr. and Gabriel.

When I first saw the show I didn’t care much about Abraham
But rewatching it again these last few months I’m disappointed that he was killed off. Very much so unessessarily. I noticed he was like a Vet retuning from tour after Eugene revealed he lied. Abraham didn’t have much purpose and felt lost returning to life without a mission.
But he was a power house. Still upset that he died and Glens death over shadowed it.
i know a lot of people would have loved to see him take on negan i would have LOVED to see him vs beta. he had so much potential and it sucks he met his end so soon they could've done so much more with him. especially with the soldier past he had

Nah,it was beautiful. That first blow to head should've put him out of commission but he rose up with a full heart and a sexual burn for Negan. Zero fear. He was likely done from the second one so the overkill ones were just for show. It was cut the point,badass and not remotely sentimental,loved it.

SavageRicktator personally, I was satisfied with the ending of the comic book series. It was just what I was expecting, Carl telling the story to his child of how his father protected him and built a bigger world amongst the people around him. I love both the TV series and the comics book series, I think they are both equal. I love the show because it introduced characters like Daryl, Merle, Jerry etc. and it improved characters like Carol, Shane, Alpha etc. I love the comics because characters like Andrea, Dale Carl etc. were much better than their TV series counterpart and it had better storylines like All Out War. So yeah, I love both as much as each other.

The two of them are CRAZY similar and I love it, they both approached the apocalypse from a place of "necessary" brutality and dark ass humor, and they both have a similar masculine type of charm. (I know many would call Negan's frame of violence unnecessary, but from a survivalist aspect, with him running what was essentially a cult, and in his own frame of mind, it was necessary, he never made a kill he didn't justify, even if we as viewers don't think its justified)

I'm a hardcore walking Dead fan. Im absolutely obsessed with the show and the comics! But one thing I hate hearing from people that also say they are as big as walking Dead fans as I am,but that they quit watching the show because Abraham died or Glenn died or negan came on the show or Rick left or Carl died. And I don't understand cuz if you're a true fan every episode every minute of that show no matter what has happened is amazing
