Thank you! So, conformity is a social influence wherein one tends to go along with group members either to fit in or because they fill that others have more information in an ambiguous situation. Whereas, in deindividuation one loses there sense of individuality and feel like doing anything as part of a group since no one would possibly identify them.

Hey,
Social norms are the set standards/rules of behaviour that are formed by the society.
And, conformity is when an individual neglects his/her own opinions and rather follows the rules of society (which are social norms).
So they are not same, but are inter-related. I hope I was able to explain?...
