It took only one conversation between Cora and Vetra ultimately resulting in being BFFs, which makes me wonder if that also happened in the Mass Effect Trilogy to form BFFs just by having one conversation. It's nice that these two behave more like sisters than best friends since they both have friendly advice, respect each other, and having funny moments like whoever talked first buys the first round.

What is it with everyone and Suvi's voice? Maybe it's because I've been in Scotland for so long and the accent has lost its novelty to me, but it's like the writers would be happy to have Billy Conolly voice everyone and just dreamily listen to him.
I don't get the hate on Cora. I love her hair. 2 playthroughs and still chose her :D. Of all the 'Romance' scenes in MEA only hers and Peebee's are worth writing home about :D. After 3 games staying faithful to Liara as Shep I'm going back to human.
She's uptight, overly serious, boring, annoying, condescending, bitchy. No fun to have around. I mean I did enjoy her together with Peebee where Beepee just trolls the shit out of her. The only reason to have Cora on the team is her shield boost. In combat she's alright. As a character I would ditch her ass if I could. The only good thing about her is her outfit. Like a lot of people when this game first came out i thought Cora was Jack Harper's daughter but i now think we know what happened to her parents. Remember she says her parents owned and operated a cargo freighter and they vanished in the Traverse i personally think that Shepard and crew encountered what was left of her parents in Mass Effect1 when they encounter a freighter with everyone on board turned to husk. I know it's a stretch but i think this is more likely then The Illusive Man funding a project as large as the Andromeda Initiative to save the human race only to fill it with more aliens than his beloved humanity and then to not only does he not journey to Andromeda himself but doesn't put measures in place to prevent the aliens from taking control. Now i know some people may say that the aliens aren't in control and technically your right but that illustrates my next point if the A.I. was indeed an undercover Cerberus operation they would have taken control as soon as the leadership was killed and if Cerberus was in charge i don't see highly trained operatives who would have been hand picked by T.I.M. himself starting the Nexus uprising and no i don't think all of Cerberus's operatives would have died at the same time. So by the time the Hyperion arrived at the Nexus Cerberus would have taken control once again. But thats just my theory about why i don't think Cora is T.I.M.s daughter. I'm also not saying that Cerberus didn't have a connection to the A.I. just that i don't think they where in control. As for the theory that Saren is Vetra's father i think it's a good on but i don't fully buy it for 2 simple reasons the 1st being that Vetra says her father needed to flee Palavan because of the shady dealing he was involved with. If her father was indeed Saren who by the way was the youngest Turian at the time to become a Council Spectre he would have had no reason to fear any reprisal for any dealing on Palavan as only the council could punish him. The 2nd is that if Vetra and Sid's father was really Saren and he cared enough for his daughters to take them with him when he fleed Palavan(something that a Spectre wouldn't have to do) than i believe the Saren who believed that the ONLY way to survive the arrival of the Reapers was to follow their lead would have indoctrinated his own daughters. ONCE AGAIN THESE ARE ONLY MY THOUGHTS ON THE THEORY OF WHO CORA AND VETRA'S FATHERS ARE HOPEFULLY ONE DAY BIOWARE WILL GIVE THOSE OF US WHO ACTUALLY HAVE PLAYED AND ENJOYED THIS GAME A SECOND VISIT TO THE ANDROMEDA GALAXY BECAUSE WE KNOW THAT THERE'S SOMETHING AMAZING HAPPENING IN ANDROMEDA.
The mystery of Vetra's father is interesting but there is just not enough information to come to any solid conclusion. While I find the idea of Cora being the Illusive Man's daughter to be a cool idea I can admit that there is not enough presented in the game to make that call. This can all change down the line but for now theories is all we can have. As for the Initiative being funded by Cerberus, that is a theory I support. Remember the whole project was started by Jien Garson and the Benefactor only came aboard when Jien ran out of money. If the Benefactor had demanded that the Initiative be turned into a humans only project Jien would have turned them down since she had spent years selling this as a multi-species project. Even if she had said yes it would have raised a lot of red flags, the Initiative was already being investigated by the authorities, they didn't need the extra scrutiny. We have also seen that T.I.M. has no problem working with aliens if it helps him reach his long term goals. The man is ruthlessly pragmatic and practical. We also saw how he lured Shepard in by presenting a friendly face for Cerberus. I can see him going along with a multi-species project like this with the end game being to eventually take it over. As for why that hasn't happened yet, Cerberus is a group fighting for human domination so all their agents are human and were probably on the human ark. Since most of the Hyperion passengers are still in cryo there would be no point in trying to take over now. There is also the fact that the Cerberus agents were as caught off guard by the dangers of Andromeda as everyone else. Working with everyone else to deal with the kett and the Scourge first and then take over would be the kind of thing Cerberus would do. This is just my theory on things.
