well the congestion in TF2 is annoying, Ai cars don't fully use the road, sometimes when you use 4 lanes of road they only use 2 lanes and leave the other 2 lanes empty, and using trains to fix it is still not fixed, people still want to use their cars and dying on the road lol.

Hey there! You can somewhat manage traffic. Its a careful mix of utilising all the road types but it very much exists and is possible, have fun!

Hi nxt! Its because the city is large and the video begun with no public transport
When I start games it's usually made out of small towns so u haven't encountered much traffic where I have to build highways or transportation. I guess that can be fixed by making the towns richer but so far I'm just experimenting with cargo trains 😅.
@@jjhayajust start earlier, 1850-1890 and by 1920 you will already have lots of traffic if you scale productions properly

Sometimes im eager to start a new game because i just want to play the game, but when i reach the point where the stupid AI and non existent traffic rules kicks in i just don't want to play anymore. there is no way to compensate some things und there is also no mod for it. I would go so far and say at a certain point it is game breaking an the developers are not even trying to fix it. It should be their priority number 1
you don't need mods for fixing traffic! just lane management like shown in the video :)
@@Hushey if you mean that traffic is perfect as it is right now and does not need fixing at all, i think you haven't played one one map long enough.
Somethimes i just don't want to build two seperate lanes or a highway, when i see that i would be enough if the ai would obey to simple traffic rules.

There are so manny annoying things from the first train fever game that they didnt fix and has kept coming on subsequent TF 1 and 2 its disgusting. The traffic and the pathfinding are at the top of the list. Lazy ass developers
