REPEATING (LOOPING) PROGRAM: Several people have asked how to set the board to repeat the cycle automatically. Essentially, parameter 8 sets the number of times to repeat, 1-99. 0 means repeat indefinitely. Default is 1. I found a clue to this in a table I found by googling "canton electronics Model IO52B02". Instructions there are a good supplement to what is in this video. (Shoutout to jw11432 who also addressed this in his comment).

Hello Ahmad, and thank you so much for your comprehensive video. I looks so difficult for me. I am looking for a module to trigger a linear actuator. In fact, I just need the function F-12. By chance, do you know if a simpler module that does just that exists? When the linear actuator arrives at the end of its path, there is an internal switch that cut the power. So, my idea is to set up the time for the same length as the linear actuator, so, when the linear actuator arrives at the end of his path, the module will cut the power and wait for the reversed trigger. Am I right?
is there a Function where it just keeps going until the power is shut off? I need the polarity of the output to go back and forth at the frequency I set, without stopping.. Is that possible with this unit?..Thanks
Can this be used to control an actuator in the same fashion? Actuator extends for specific period of time, then pauses for specific period of time, then reverses direction for a specific period of time. I would be looking at a 12 volt actuator arm. Thanks!

Is it possible to configure this board in orther that evary time that it turn on, it doesn't run the motor? Thank you for the help! Cheers!
I don’t know exactly what you are using this for, but if you wire it to constant power and not ignition, it will not turn on every time with ignition, instead wire it to constant power and add a normally closed momentary switch on the negative lead of your circuit board, Now you circuit board will only run when this switch is pressed. Can it be programmed in a way, that motor goes forward for desired amount of time, and than backwards for desired amount of time and repeat this cycle indefinitely? I saw a factory reset option of pushing the ++ and -- buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds, but that doesn't stop it either. Could it be defective?
Ok, I am trying to use this to turn a skull to the right and then back forward. I have F-01 set just like first demo. It starts running the cycle forward, stop reverse, forward, stop, reverse. Then it starts changes to reverse stop forward? Anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I have 8 on 00. I do not have switches. Motor and power supply are connected on the right side like video. I have a 6v battery I am using to supply board on left.

to answer your question about "99 time" I would have to watch the video. So you watch it because I don't remember. your last question, "continuously pressed" means keep it pressed. when you press it, it sends 0V or LOW to the input. you can also use a computer or other devices to send 0V or LOW signal to make it work.

hi, i want to use it to do latching for water valve-a latching valve require positive pulse to turn on and negative pulse to turn off. Can i set it to forward for 0.1 sec and stop for 15 min and then reverse for 0.1 sec and delay for 12 hours before foward again?
Hi, it has 3 settings. but you want 4. you want extra delay. I've explained it at best possible ways. if the thing you want to do is not possible by this module, then you might need another of this module and some how after motor is stopped (after reverse of 0.1s) then it should keep it OFF for 12 hours. and you can use the trigger feature with some wiring which I don' t know at the moment how. For that you need to check the 1st module and see after the last step which pin or location on the module is changing the state from LOW to HIGH or from HIGH to low and then solder a wire on that spot and connect that wire to the trigger input of 2nd module. Depending on the LOW or HIGH then program the 2nd module to turn ON after 12 hours. then do the same. on 2nd module find the same spot and solder a wire and connect it to the trigger pin of 1st module and it should work. It needs patience. Or simply use Arduino which opens the whole word for you and do anything you want. Program it and upload it to Arduino. See this video ruclips.net/video/JMBgGO07YLM/видео.html

Can anyone help me wire this thing? I have a 110v controller sending out one black and one red 12v line to motor. Two wires that’s it. I’m just looking to be able to walk away from the unit and have it go clockwise/counterclockwise continuously on it own
Why can't you say in yes or no that if this circuit has option to run for few minutes forward then stops there after runs reverse. In you video you have not said anything about loop . That's the only part missing .I wish you could have clearly said in yes or no. Overall I like the way you explained the setting , very nice review .
@@robojax It DOES HAVE LOOP! Quote from the page: "The number of cycles is the number of repeated actions (Nx =0 means always loop, Nx =1 means no loop). So you can set the number of loops: 1-99 times or forever loops." But it did come with 1 as default, so it did not loop and you did not dig that. You are also not aware that most anyone who would need to use a motor would need to loop probably, so an important part you skipped. You are one RUDE person, btw. I have never seen anyone answer this way on YT.
@@x-0-x-0 Dude, thank you _so_ much. I see so many people asking this question (and you're right, anyone looking for this feature will likely need some degree of looping for practicality) and this dude is rudely telling people to watch a 30 min video again instead of taking the time to check...instead of narcissistically postulating that if that function existed, he simply wouldn't have left it out. 🙄
you can't to it with this. you need to have encoder installed on motor so you know how many turns it did, then take some action when it reaches 100 revolutions.

hi, i want to use it to do latching for water valve-a latching valve require positive pulse to turn on and negative pulse to turn off.
@@robojax thanks for your advice. i also think that i may need extra component
Hi I want to put powerstep on my truck and I search for the perfect module board for me. The motor is polarity. So one way is deploying and switch is stow. By a trigger. (Door). Have to be 3 sec each way. Need 12 volt. It’s on a pickup truck. If you can tell me what’s the best things I need for that Thank
Hi, I don't know "powerstep" but you may use this ruclips.net/video/JMBgGO07YLM/видео.html to change the polarity
@@robojax thanks for answer; but if you look on youtube for powerstep you will see.
i need a timer with the module polarity and its the trigger (open) start the motor 3 sec. after trigger close the motor start in opposite direction for a other 3 sec. Its near of the i053a02 you explane option 9 .. but i dont know . thanks
then forget about this module. it can do only things it is programmed to do. here is ruclips.net/video/JMBgGO07YLM/видео.html the video and start using because you can control it any way you want.
Hey there and thanks for this video, I wouldn't been able to get this done otherwise :-)
Is it possible to program this device with Arduino or Raspberry, so I can get some individual timings into it?
I would like to have it going like this:
forward, stop, reverse for 1 minute, then 1 minute pause and 10 seconds forward, stop, reverse every minute. I want to use it to develop classic film with that ;-)
Thanks a million for your help!
Hello, I have so many of videos ruclips.net/user/RobojaxTVsearch?query=timer see them. there is Arduino based timer
@@robojax Hello and thanks for your reply! I'll check some more videos from you this evening after work :-) Is it hard to program this device I053A02 without knowledge of coding?
If you like classic photography, I'd be glad to share my results for maybe another of your awesome videos ;-)
actually you can't update the firmware (code) of this. it is sold like that. you would have to use Arduino is the most flexible device and you can do anything you want. there are tones of codes and videos available. Yes I love photography and I spent time taking photos. but how would I use them in my videos? Share please so I look at them.
@@robojax I see, thanks for the hint! I'm waiting for my arduino and nextion...then I'll get something assembled and will update you :-)
can the output voltage be adjusted?
No. In my video explain all features in a video and never skip. This is just a relay which switches something on or off
Likes, good job
Thanks.
Can I sit it up so will forward in the morning for a few seconds then at the night will reverse. Thanks
watch the video fully and you will get answer. I have not left anything out about this module.
I am surprised the way you answer questions from your viewer. They already watched the video and then they are asking those questions . Instead of answering their doubts you are asking then to watch the video again to increase your number of viewers. Very bad approach and attitude as not everyone is technically sound like you. Would request to keep a helping attitude . You may answer easily if you know the answer
Also is there a thinner version of this module?
not that I know of.
Is this controller a avilable with Solid State Relay instead of mechanical relay? And also can you please make a video for AC motor using this controller
Solid state relay will not work with DC. it is working only with AC.
@@robojax i need it for AC only.
no. unfortunately. You would have to use Arduino. Here are my videos on Solid State relay ruclips.net/channel/UCkcBSig_Iu4ZnAIeCeG1TVgsearch?query=solid+state
@@robojax i have it with Arduino. Ok, so with this I053A02, can you show the wiring please, because in AC motor, i have 3 wires, two clubbed with capacitor wires and one directly to motor, am not into electronic so, just looking for it
Is there a simpler controller if I want to set it to switch polarity forward 5 minutes and reverse 5 minutes automatically and stop in 2 hours with 30Volts DC, max ampere less than 1 ampere? This is just overkilled.
This is very cheap and if you go with anything else, it would cost you more. Here is my video if you want to do it with Arduino ruclips.net/video/JMBgGO07YLM/видео.html
@@robojax Ok, Thanks.
you are welcome.
I need this product , so where to I purchase for India mumbai post .
Please check the links under the video.
Top man ❤
Hai sir .
Is it possible to forward 12 volt dc motor for 35 seconds and 35seconds reverse. Then stop
Plz reply
Can u plz tell the seting codes olso
I did my best to explaine it. I don't have this module and I don't remember. so please watch and learn. this video answer all your questions.
Can anyone help me wire this thing? I have a 110v controller sending out one black and one red 12v line to motor. Two wires that’s it. I want to make a 12v mixer motor go back and forth in different directions 2 seconds in each direction on its own. I have a polarity changing switch that works great but I have to flip it manually. I’m just looking to be able to walk away from the unit and have it go clockwise/counterclockwise continuously on it own
I guess not
Hello, I see how you can do F S R, but can I also do 1 cycle F S R F
F - Fwd, S - Stop, R - Reverse
Hello, I have shown all features. Nothing is left without explaining it. Please watch fully and if you don't see the feature, then it does not have.
Does this motor driver work for any motor?
it is just relay. Meaning it is a switch to turn ON/OFF and change polarity. It can control a motor at 10A for up to 220V. My test was on DC.
Why can't you say in yes or no that if this circuit has option to run for few minutes forward then stops there after runs reverse. In you video you have not said anything about loop . That's the only part missing .I wish you could have clearly said in yes or no. Overall I like the way you explained the setting , very nice review .
if it had loop I would have explained it.
Halo sir the speed can be adjusted
This relay. It turn a off or on. No speed changes
I use an ac input adapter 200v output dc 12v 3A why can't it turn on sir. the 3F R S small light flashes red only. Pls help🙏
Truns comand then stop motor. Example 100 true then stop.
you can't to it with this. you need to have encoder installed on motor so you know how many turns it did, then take some action when it reaches 100 revolutions.
@@robojax Sir I would like to order a "Multi-Function DC/AC Motor Controller Board with 24V motor, 2 relay, 1 display, photo sensors and keypad. The machine should be automatic with inbuilt program set for movement or oscillation.
Hello
Hello Zyad? what's up?
Nice features but one of the worst user interfaces I have seen!
Yes. They could have just used 6 digit display instead of 4 and it would have been much simpler.
Thanks for the reply - the problem I was having was I used the same power source for the motor and control circuit. Once I suppled them separately it worked fine. In my final application though, I will only have one 12v (battery) source to power both. Is there a device I can use to isolate the single supply and essentially make it two independent sources? Thanks
you are welcome. I have not see. for AC there is isolation transformer.
