- This customer called me to clean the concrete around the pool with the pool cleaner coming the next day. Also, I softwash the lower deck next to the pool. It's best to do this right before the temperatures get hot so you can enjoy your pool longer. Watch how this concrete comes clean.

What chemical did you spray before power washing ?
It is a 12.5% sodium hyperchloride. Mixed down to a 3% strength.

I charge by the square footage. So it varies in cost. This was part of a larger job but something like this would be around $300

You must be talking about the X jet with the M5 tip. It will run you around $150.

I’m trying to use the translator and it’s not working very well. But you are asking about the surface cleaner. That would run you around $350 or more for a 16 inch surface cleaner. Don’t get a cheap one and make sure that it matches up with your machine. I have a 4 GPM machine with a 20 inch surface cleaner that has two 2 GPM tips on it.
How much did u charge for that ? And what city or state are you in?
I’m in Atlanta Georgia but services many surrounding areas . I change by square foot and how bad the build up is. Do you need a quote?

Here I would change $500. No one has reached out to me from California. But I believe that you will pay more because of your area.

Yeah I my area it’s hard to get $500 but I sure that I can get more with work jobs in uptown. You making me want to rethink my pricing. So you are charging $1.10 a square foot?
