yep just like you did that pool deck...5%, dwell and heavy rinse...I do the same to most driveways and the results speak for themselves..softwashing can get the job done on any surface!!
I'm watching from south Mississippi. I'd love to see a video of your marketing from when you first started to now. Some helpful tips on what worked and what didn't, who you used for your website and what form you use and other things like that. I also like walkthroughs like you did at the end of the video of the flat work. Like you walking around the house saying a general idea of pricing of a house and how you got to that point like, "I'm at $600 on this house because it's 12' ceilings so more surface area to clean with this extra build up and it has 1200 sq ft of porch and driveway." lol in your opinion or experience....I like that you added that in about cleaning the driveway...I done told ya, bump that sh up a notch, you already spraying it with 3%, just hit it with five, same dwell and then just rinse it...I promise you dont have to surface clean after you clean it with a hot roof mix....I treat concrete just like roofs I only rinse concrete and I leave it on roofs..I wish I could post pics to these comments so I could show ya what a soft wash only before and after looks like...trust me it looks just as pristine and never any lines
It doesn't work. These driveways are too dirty I tried it. Then I'm there stripping the driveway with the gun. I've done it on newer driveways since no pressure is allowed. But not on cured concrete and pavers

Thank you very much. I don't really change my tips on the surface cleaner. If it ever come to a point where I come accross a surface that can't handle the surface cleaner I just nuke it with a hot mix and rinse it.

Hey Cliff. I am watching this video tonight cause I have a travertine pool deck job tomorrow. It also has rust stains like this video did. It looks like with your 4% SH, the rust stains disappeared. I have about a dozen quarter sized rust stains from the patio furniture that i was trying to research how to get it off. Did it come off just with the 4% and dwell?

Great idea 💡 and also change tips to a wider spray higher GPM flow to not etch and remove the cream from the top,takes almost a full year for it to cure completely

Typically no unless if it's hot outside . So make sure to water down the grass before. And of course when you rinse. The SH will get diluted after u pre treat when you're surface cleaning.
Hi from the Columbia gorge area of Washington State. I just have a question. I watch a lot of channels from London that clean driveways, roofs etc. On your first portion of your video if they clean that type of driveway they always come back when it is dry and seal it up with sand. I just found that interesting . Have you ever heard of that? Or is that just a different technique they do "across the pond"? I was talking about the commercial job you were bidding on, where are you getting the water from to do that job? I know that you are using the customer water for residential jobs. What I'm trying to understand is where is your water source on large commercial jobs? Are you disconnecting and reconnecting to multiple units, are you connecting to a fire hydrant, etc. If you could help me understand that process I'd appreciate it. I have a 5-star Google rated company (All U Need Etc LLC) and I'm trying to focus on the commercial side more this year. Your videos are always helpful and informative. @@god_is_good2178 ohhhhh ok. For commercial jobs like this one typically there's a water source at the clubhouse. For commercial building there's usually a water hook up on site too.

I actually did throttled down a lil bit. That concrete was just a little over 2 years old. Anything under I wouldn't pressure wash.

Hey there. Some companies do replace the sand that gets kicked up. I personally don't do that or offer that unless I'm sealing the pavers.

I was talking about the commercial job you were bidding on, where are you getting the water from to do that job? I know that you are using the customer water for residential jobs. What I'm trying to understand is where is your water source on large commercial jobs? Are you disconnecting and reconnecting to multiple units, are you connecting to a fire hydrant, etc. If you could help me understand that process I'd appreciate it. I have a 5-star Google rated company (All U Need Etc LLC) and I'm trying to focus on the commercial side more this year. Your videos are always helpful and informative. @@god_is_good2178 ohhhhh ok. For commercial jobs like this one typically there's a water source at the clubhouse. For commercial building there's usually a water hook up on site too.
