In a county court can a GSM be used for a court hearing?

6 key qualities for being a magistrates are:
1 Not giving a damn weather the defendants innocent or guilty just punish anyway
Having a sense of proportionality: IE let serious crimes stealing a packet of biscuits in america be punished with a life prison sentence, while dismissing minor crimes like rape against a 2 year old child with a machine gun as not being enough eveidence to prosecute so the defendent walks free.
Shaving your head, so you feel like a skinhead of a judge so you feel great about yourself for
    destrying someomes life over nothing.
Being an absolutely greedy and glutmous pig and running a restuarant on the side , so you can order food at wholesale price you paid for it and then claim back expenses at full resturatnt prices.
A love of kinky sex and being given enemas then chained to a toilet, because you dish out punsihment, so you get sexual gratification from being given some punsihment back in a sexual way.
A love of sending someone to jail because although the man before you on a driving whilst banned charge was driving his wife to hospital cos there was no ambulance, he dared to disobey your unreasonable request not to drive any car for say 6 months

@@CareerVidz I never got to talk to a duty solicitor either ,,,,my charges were 2 accounts of 1700011447 fail to give information relating to identification of driver i didn't even know anything about them until 2021 when I had a letter through the door saying a decision was made in court for me I was issued a £1900 fine
I immediately contacted the court and I was pressured into setting up a payment plan even though I explained that I never received a request to provide the information back in 2017 ,I was told there was nothing I could do and that a warrant for my arrest could be issued unless I agree to pay so I had to agree ,,
I struggled to find work as a self employed construction worker after that and I developed tennis elbow when I did go back to work and had a long lay off from work because of my injury ,,,,I received a court summons this year for non payment of my fine ,,,,,,,,the judge wouldn't listen to what i had to say she wouldn't let me tell her the whole story and kept shutting me down and talking over me ,,,when I mentioned that I never received the request to provide details in 2017 she said it was to late and that I had 4 years in which i should of paid ,,,,,,she did reduce my fine but at the same time gave me a 14 day suspended prison sentence ,,,abit harsh considering i was banned and given points already which i had already served ,,,,
