I like white noise album and honestly 90% of their other stuff I don't like. She's a good singer! I like the vibe on this album. The others are more like pop... I'm not a hater either I personally just prefer the old style.

Took my teenage daughter to see Sleeping with sirens and Pierce the veil last night in San Diego. This band opened as the first act......now non of these bands are my type of music but I have to say I enjoyed PVRIS. The lead singer blew me away! Such a big voice for a small woman she sounds great live.
V Remus in live videos i see they don't sound to great live but i saw them live not too long ago and they sounded amazing.My internet friend said the same thing.She saw them on warped tour and she said they were great but the videos she saw online sounded nothing like they did in person.

I wouldn't really worry about it. Music is music. I think people confuse disliking something with it being bad more when it comes to music than anything else. I'd argue nothing is inherently bad with PVRIS's music, but that won't stop other fans of those bands you listed from calling them "bad" because they're on the poppy side. The album as a whole is dynamic, NOT just musically, but lyrically and vocally. Yes lyrics and how they're sung are 2 different things, they represent meaning and also tells you how to interpret the meaning. Look at the lyrics and see how she sings her passionate parts. She does it with so much ease that it literally rolls off her tongue. For example, the chorus is literally one word rolling into the other. I love this album as a whole and I decided to buy it because they're just that good. Plus don't you see how young they are? They will grow and their music will hopefully get better. Hopefully they don't get sick with the Rise virus.

You know, I found these guys about 4 and a half years ago while I was working on the house I just bought and I remember sanding and painting while listening to this whole album. This whole album is excellent.

I've finally realized why people keep compating Lynn to Hayley Williams: They're both successful female vocalists of the same genre with pretty similar voices.

Having discovered these guys totally by chance, catching the end of 'St Patrick' on Kerrang a few weeks back. I have to say how impressed I am, there are some great female vocalists out there, but not many can compete with the 'Heavy' Drums, Bass and Guitar that the Rock Genre is famous for, but this girl is not only competing but smashing it right out of the park, she's got beautiful harmonic tones and a fiery passion that blends so brilliantly into the music. As for sounding like Paramore....I think these lot a better to be perfectly honest.

Regardless of the comparisons to Paramore, both groups are fantastic live and in studio. Appreciate all their music and just enjoy it. This isn't about who does it better. It's about the music and if you like it, keep supporting it. If not, then there are thousands of upcoming bands you can go listen to.
