This video is so incredibly thoughtful in my opinion. I love how Bradley controls her moves but yet she's trying to resist and fight it at moments but then other ones she's just giving in. Almost like she's helpless.
For those who are thinking, it is not about domestic violence necessarily. It's about abusive relationships (which includes domestic violence, but not always). If you notice, he keeps controlling her, but in some parts of the video, he isn't even there, it's like she doesn't realize she's being controlled or she knows that but doesn't know how to fix it. A lot of people are suffering from that, like somebody owns another, so once you understand you're being manipulated to fit in a relationship, run away, like she did in the end of the clip. OBS.: both women and men can suffer from abusive relationships, but it's more often a man controlling a woman, just like in the video.
Bradley Walden is such an amazing vocalist. I love what he is doing with Emarosa. I've been a long time follower of Emarosa and cannot wait to see them at Warped tour 2016!!!!
the first time I watched it i was like "alright, cool vid" but the more and more I listen to it and watch it - it gets better and better. really powerful imagery.
Love your guy's new sound, its fresh and I get really deep into it ! It inspires me to write poetry, things will never be the same when you study music and work with it all around you. Thank you, Stay golden!
Are you saving up your money For the man you think you owe You never had nobody And I can't let you go 'Cause I know you're mine Uh, I know you're mine No, no, no, no If your body's broken love Your heart is helpless, helpless I know that you know If your body's broken love Your heart is helpless, helpless You know, I know, oh In the bed you say you love it I know you're losing hope You never had nobody But you can't be too tough And I know you're mine Uh, I know you're mine No, no, no, no If your body's broken love Your heart is helpless, helpless I know that you know If your body's broken love Your heart is helpless, helpless You know, I know If your body's broken love Your heart is helpless, helpless And I know you know If your body's broken love Your heart is…
I get a Michael Jackson vibe from alot from Bradley, haha. On their last album, that song "Say Hello To The Bad Guy", I feel is Michael Jackson as fuck haha.
I saw one of their first shows (on tour with ADTR) with Jonny after they got rid of Chris and it was crazy cus some people actually booed them because they weren't heavy anymore. It was cool seeing Jonny do some screaming though.
There seem to me to be a couple musical references and lyrical references in their music as of late which I dig. In this one on the break "Well I guess we're gonna make it after all" MUST be a nod to Bobby Brown's "On Our Own" when he hits the chorus and says "Well I guess we're gonna have to take control." Versus also had an interesting phrase I have only heard used in The Freshman by The Verve "guilt stricken sobbin' with my head on the floor." These guys are too talented to not have done it intentionally. I dig it and this track!
So, Bradley's a witch, got it. I knew no normal human could possess that voice.
Surely you've heard of Dallas Green.
+1 😂
+Phillip Morales this song for Paige
God!! he is so .....aaaaaahhhhhhh!!!
ollie ray is that a song? Lol

if your body's broken love your heart is helpless :)

LOL XD
It's addictive..the song and the video. Depression abuse it can be anything pushing and pulling you against what you want or are.
I like the way his jaw drops at the end.
The choreography made the song all the better. Props to the dancer
This band is like DGD, constantly evolving and I love it!
yessss!!!!!
well considering they shared members its bound to be
agreed, Why I enjoy this band lol Bands like dgd are unique, No sound other like them.
I am almost tempted to say they are becoming better than DGD. I really love how Bradley has influenced this band 😊
Hector Martinez I was about to say the same thing 😂
love that the color tones correspond with their album artwork!
I can see this being about depression. I love this song. Can't wait for the album to come out
I love how this band is growing. I'm really excited for 131!
At first I wasn't really with it, but when the chorus hit, I was like "yeah...this is rad". Great song and video, looking forward to the full album

Caroline Vieira I’m pretty this about drug abuse
This video shines a lot of light on what the song actually means. Really cool. I prefer both the song and video to Cloud 9

Are you saving up your money
For the man you think you owe
You never had nobody
And I can't let you go
'Cause I know you're mine
Uh, I know you're mine
No, no, no, no
If your body's broken love
Your heart is helpless, helpless
I know that you know
If your body's broken love
Your heart is helpless, helpless
You know, I know, oh
In the bed you say you love it
I know you're losing hope
You never had nobody
But you can't be too tough
And I know you're mine
Uh, I know you're mine
No, no, no, no
If your body's broken love
Your heart is helpless, helpless
I know that you know
If your body's broken love
Your heart is helpless, helpless
You know, I know
If your body's broken love
Your heart is helpless, helpless
And I know you know
If your body's broken love
Your heart is…

It's so weird thinking they used to have Chris from LMTF, I love that EP so much. I really dig their new stuff as well this song is sick 😝
I saw one of their first shows (on tour with ADTR) with Jonny after they got rid of Chris and it was crazy cus some people actually booed them because they weren't heavy anymore. It was cool seeing Jonny do some screaming though.

I daresay Emarosa would never sound like this if they stayed with Rise Records
Love the music/Love the video
it's funny when you go back and compare how these guys sounded when they released their first EP to how they sound now.
Awesome song and I Love the Bobby Brown homage.
Perfect timing right...since the Ghostbusters movie is about to come out.
Can't wait to see you at Warped
