I’ve said it once before the 03-04 Cobra motor is just plain and simple Ford’s best engine. You can throw the boost to it and still make their new technology motors look bad. If it were me I would’ve just stuck with that design and kept it going. It’s a proven winner, that car is a absolute beast from factory.
I think that the voodoo, Terminator, and Coyote are all pretty damn close for top Ford engines. If we're talking modern. Boss 429 was a masterpiece back in the '60s
John mihovetz "accufab" holds the record with the factory cobra 281 cu inch. He also helped design the billet coyote block. Toyota's running 5's are also billet engines "supra's"

Easiest way to make sure it’s belt slip is check for powder in around the pulley hood etc , I had the same issue on my ZL1 when Stangmode and I raced it at Demonolgys event in dalas

I have both a 2003 cobra with 21,000 miles and a 2020 gt350 with 2,100 miles. I love both cars but the one that I prefer to drive is without a doubt the gt350. That being said if I had to sell one of them I'd keep the cobra
I think you're blowing out the fire in the cylinders @higher boost. Try tightening the plug gap. You added the octane boost, and it cleaned up, so try hotter plugs.

I was definitely rooting for the terminator, I've always had a thing for the underdog, if anyone says it's not that's crazy it's in the same area HP wide but its way older tech. That's the reason I love seeing a SBC or a Windsor 5.0 spank an LS or a coyote. A SBC had just as much potential as am LS the difference is the SBC needs about everything upgraded. Unless it's it's a say an old LT1 where the rotating assembly is stout enough to hold up to a stock LS being all forged. Which is crazy where an LS can do it's thing with cast parts.The Windsor definitely has a bigger hill to climb being a 2 valve head vs 4. I would love to see a Windsor with custom 4 valve heads that must be out there somewhere but there a BIG money exotic parts like the 4 valve SBC ones.

You all saying that something is wrong with the gt350 and that it should be pulling, but you all should be saying something is wrong with the cobra. The cobra has 20 more whp and over 100 ft lbs of torque. So it's either the driver not shifting at optimal rpm or it's pulling timing too. Both are 6 speed so something isn't right with both
