    I don’t understand Hindi that much. I have kyphosis and therapy gave me pain. I have regular muscle spasm. My doctor said that my muscle is imbalance, myofacial (muscular) pain. He said physical therapy is the only solution. So what did you do to get better? It all started having bad posture as a teenager and work.

      I feel your discomfort! I limited laying on my left shoulder, I used to do that a lot while watching something. Took break every 20-30 minutes from the desk, walked and stretched.
      Worked on shoulder strength. So please follow your doctors advice and take baby steps to gaining strength in the affected area. you will be good
